Yes. The problem here is that you are indentifing with the body + story about person.

But you are not something small as imagined person which lives in the body.
Personality - this is identification with the body.
Now you have permission :) to identify yourself with oneness. And you will start notice the evidences.
During the walking, tea making...there is personality in the body wich makes things happen or this is you oneness appear as walking, tea making...? Can you find a person? is there anything wich is not oneness?
Notice what realisation "no separate me" points: Separate me will become Oneness or you/Oneness realise that you are not an entity?

A-- now i can look that there is only one - something,no solid me,but thought and concepts and desires arises and vanishes,
Personal image arises but it's not real(empty).
Reality(oneness) is so subtle,that it's like something vivid happening.

A-- there is no real me,it's concept only, something - is prior to person, which is always present?

Notice that we (oneness) are playing this role? We are identifying with the body exactly how they tought us, we make a strategy to survive with crying in order to receive attention, love and care.
Notice this narrative voice - isn't it as a role of small boy which resist his own desires , creates problem in order to show others the he need attention, care and love?

Notice that you no longer needing this role, don't need this strategy to survive?
Spend time to investigate narrative and to find the strategy of living and surviving?

A- it's understandable that life is mostly stories and narratives
But this is an understanding.sometimes it's clearly seen,but not always.narratives are so sticky that it seems very real,and difficult to deal with.
So clearly saying is- it's seen sometimes only.

Yes I m exploring it-- and found there is no separation between body and surrounding - only one beingness.
Thoughts arises and creates stories.
But it's difficult to remain untouched by stories,though many a times it's fun to know about stories and remain unattached to stories.
At physical level it's very clear that everything is beingness,
But sometimes desires creates a sense of me- like this is my desire.
