There is this thought, I,... and once you see that I is just a thought
And you see that thought itself does not think
It clicks!
Its very very simple.

You have come to non-dual guidance in the hope it will fix ordinary psychological problems such as chronic depression, anxiety, and whatever else is going on. Non-dual guidance does NOT fix this. If your idea of enlightenment is the relief of these symptoms then that expectation will never happen. You should seek professional help.
Maybe you want to seek professional help. I am here for liberation as I told several times already.
