You have come to non-dual guidance in the hope it will fix ordinary psychological problems such as chronic depression, anxiety, and whatever else is going on. Non-dual guidance does NOT fix this. If your idea of enlightenment is the relief of these symptoms then that expectation will never happen. You should seek professional help.
