Please inquire further on the question, and let's see what comes up.
As I inquire into the sound of my hand, it sounds innocent, unknowing, and spontaneous like a child.

There is the sense of frustration at trying to find words to post on the forum. There is a struggle to have anything to add to experience.

Ok, please feel that sense of frustration. Which part in the body, if any, do you feel it?

As I was feeling into frustration, I welcomed the sensation to stay for as long as it wanted to. There was then a sense that the frustration was perfect in and of itself. The same could be said about everything that the mind labels as bad. Anger, shame, fear, depression, etc. are all perfect. There’s nothing wrong with anything and even the sense of something being wrong is perfect.

Is this understanding intellectual?

Yes it is. Both “perfect” and “something wrong” are intellectual.

Do you still feel the frustration?

Hey Kento!

This week I have been trying to find what it is that is aware of changing awareness. I don’t know what is behind awareness that is aware of when awareness changes.

Hi Seth. :)

Great! Now, if you were asked to answer what it is anyway, how would you answer?

I would say that it is awareness.

Hey Kento!

I am giving attention to the sounds of the room and notice that there is a subtle ringing in my ears. I give that ringing attention and then there is the noticing of tingling in my hands. Then thoughts appear, then there are feet on the floor, and back to the ringing again. I don’t find anywhere or anything that these sensations are attached to.

I can’t say, but if I had to say it would just be that noticing is noticing what is noticed.

Please describe the relation between noticing and the noticed.
Please note that you describe it from your direct perception of what is here and now.
