I hear the music.
Am I the music?

I like sport.
Am I the exercise?

I write these words.
Am I the writer or the writings?

My aura is too big.
Am I the aura?

Can I please someone who would add something on our conversational dialogue? I mean more people in the same topic.

Ok.
Are you ready?

Notice the illusion—"I am the body"?

There is no need to fight with thoughts or emotions.

Now, notice: "I am" - is real + body experience?

Now look—"I am" is real, but the body is not a subject, is not you?.

Stay with that. Say Hmmmm or Ommm—repeat it many times, just to check again and again that you are here! And you are not the body, thoughts, or any mental constructs.

When thoughts arise, just say Hmmmm or Ommm, to reclaim your place from thoughts.
And when you realize that you are the only real thing—but not the bodies—and that you don’t know what you are, write to me for the final pointers.

Can you do this for yourself?

Final pointers?

I am way out .
I feel myself as strong and powerful as never.
Seems like I'm far from nondual view of mind.

Correct.

Nice.
When you connect with yourself—not through emotions, but with your true self—what is the feeling? Look at yourself with an inner eye.
What are you?

You are here, right?
Close your eyes and look at yourself.
Not thoughts, not sensations labeled as "body,"
but look at you?

Brain fog and nothing else

OK. And He is here to know that.
Fog and the brain are known because He is here, because they appear in Him.

Look at the whole picture—does everything appear to the brain, or does the brain appear, and everything appear to Him?

Who is here, whose light makes things known?

It looks like you are writing too philosophical.
I don't understand the brain analogy.

Is there free will?

You wrote me that you found brain and fog , right?
It looks like you are writing too philosophical.
NO! I am guiding you to **recognize the shift in perception.**
When you try to understand, it may sound like philosophy.

But you only need **one second**—are you willing to see **right now**?

Or are you here to debate whether free will exists or not?
Because I am not here for that.

So, what is your answer?
**What do you truly want?**

I see that the awareness is self-less.
