There is no Monday that is some of the days.There is no Monday which owns this day, can you see this?
"This is me", "This is my body" - There is no me which is something or which owns something.
Mind creates label "me, I" for something that is here effortlessly and chooselesly.
Just look honestly.

People do lightings,throw fire crackers, wish everybody for better future.

My way is autentic movements. Close your eyes, and allow body to move slowly, without "should" voice.
And just notice this wild energy, how appears as movements of the body?
Do this 20 min, to be sure that this is DE of the wild primal energy but not a self.

A- yes everything every movement is spontaneous - like thoughts arises spontaneously for some movement than body follow it.thoughts can't move body but thought is a suggestion to body to move but this whole process is spontaneous.
I will say-"one energy start as thought give directions and suggestions to body, body is also energy,it follows the suggestion.
So whatever words or explanation given to situation - it's like energy stimulating energy and energy move ."

A- something continuously happening, thought patterns add some doer or controller,like cook is cooking,teacher is teaching, where cook and teacher are controller.
There are various systems are operating,but thoughts put some doer or controller in that system.
But looking directly alleviate doer,but because of habit of putting controller/doer it seems real,this is a pattern set in our mind, continuously looking is required to completely see through illusion.
