On November 27th I wrote:
"Awareness, when I'm not thinking about it, is life happening. It is the phenomena I witness. It is sitting in my recliner with fingers typing. Awareness is not judgment. Awareness is hearing a commercial on TV. Awareness is seeing the sky out of the window. Awareness is feeling sort of lost. Awareness is sensing the emptiness beneath everything."

and it did not seem satisfactory. So I didn't try this approach again.
