Hi again,

Sorry for the absence. You are overthinking this and that is the problem. When I ask you to look at the following, just put the following on the imaginary white board in front of you and just LOOK at it as if you are looking at your keys on the table.

I feel stuck which is a thought.
Put it on the whiteboard.

1. Is there an actual "I" that is actually "stuck"? Does that thought prove that those things exist?

or

2. Is there simply a thought saying that there is this imaginary "I" that is imaginarily "stuck"? Does the THOUGHT prove anything other than the existence of ITSELF?

Look closely. Slow down. Take your time with this.

Yes absolutely overthinking. I often come to the point where it is seen that "I" wants to find the absence of myself which is selfevidently impssible and the seeking and thinking collapses and silence remains for a while Like an implosion.

No actual "I" is there.
No definitely not.

Simply a thought. Nothing true about it.
The thought only proves being a thought. Nothing real about it. No real self exists. Absolute emptiness behind it. Emptiness remains

I would like some simple comment from you on a regular basis on the daily exercise of "finding where 'you' stop, and experience begins.
All one. Undivided reality here.

Who are you? Now look behind that. And behind that. And behind that. Which is more
real: the first answer, or the way beyond answer?
I am this. Inescapable, Indescribable

Is there an inside and outside? Is there a separate self at all?
https://www.1ness.info/eq.htm
Undivided. Emptiness.

Sense of self comes and goes. Freedom and emptiness comes and goes. Clarity comes and goes. It is seen that there is nobody who can awaken, nobody who seeks, nobody who is separate, nobody who has lost wholeness. Still there is the thought that the process is not complete. Right now less is few doubt that I don`t exist as a separate self but there is fear that I will come back which is impossible, no non existent self can come back, but the sense of being a separate self can apparently.
How do you know that there is no “I”?
https://www.1ness.info/eq.htm
There is no one who knows. empty

*Right now there is less doubt ...

Is there any other possibility for the present moment than what actually is present? Only
the mind produces objections to what is. When these movements of the mind fall away, what
is left?

unnamed, undivided, unspeakable unknown

lot of tension and resistance happening here right now.
Are you willing and open to end fighting what is
and see what it looks like in everyday living? I.C.
yes

Are you ready to end fighting what is?
And are you ready now? I.C.
yes
are you at peace right now?
Is anything in the way of being at peace? Yes? Can you be at peace with
that? Can you be ok with that?
Yes, right here right now? Are you ready
to give up all the struggle that comes
with wanting to control and manage what is? I.C.
yes

And what is the sense of me,
the sense of being separate?
Is there such a sensation that informs you about you being separate?
Which sensation is that?
Where is it felt in the body?

And what are you separate from precisely?

Is a sense of doing, sense of
action, motion, effort, learning,
frustration, seeing, finding, controlling,
wanting to control separate from life happening?

Is it possible for a sensation to be separate
from life, from aliveness, from awareness, from knowing?
I.C.
Separation only appears in thoughts. Nothing is separate from wholeness.

Non-separation/wholeness

Is it possible that
there is a separate self, outside of the self-happening
process we call life? I.C.
Guess not
What are you without the story? I.C.
Nothing
You get the taste of what it’s like to feel

small and separate.

And now what is life without this idea? I.C.
Boundless freedom
what happens when you look for
the I, what do you see? I.C.
Thoughts and images
You can open eyes and now let’s check is
there I in sitting? In blinking? In sensations?

In thinking? Is there I looking out of the
eyes? Is this view my view? Is there my I? I.C.
No I doing anything. Just stories and labeling.
Is there a bubble like container that contains
the separate I and it’s experience? I.C.
No
With eyes open and closed check for yourself,
is there a line between inside and outside? I.C.
No line there
Are you inside and life is outside? What is that divides inside from outside? I.C.
Nothing divides. Just thoughts apparently but not really.
Are you inside of life? Or is life inside of you? I.C.
Life and I are one. I am undivided life .
