Yes, are there a YOU doing it?Recalling thoughts which have been thought are always, happening.
Yes, if you believe you are the one doing stuff. Are you? When someone is watching you do something, you are aware/thinking about being watched, this has an effect on your performance.Think about it? Thinking happens all the time.
How on Earth do you know? This is something you assume! You can not know that you think and feel the same as others. What you answer here is what you believe, NOT what you have experienced in direct experience (looking behind thoughts, believes, assumptions)Individuals all think the same, feel the same, just different degrees of thought filled emotions.
Really! How do you know how long time others dwell on negative thoughts? You can not know. You can assume from what you hear from what they say. You can not know! Some dwell on negative thoughts longer than others. Some are comfortable day dreaming "thinking" about holidays, tomorrow, yesterday, presently I am thinking about what I write.
.Thinking and others are SO here in the here of now. This is how it seems to the "me" Michael
Would I? How do you know? You would "think" by now, after all the pointing that`s been pointed to, I ought to have grasped this by now?
Here again you say that thoughts arises out of nowhere - Please make up your mind - are you talking from DE or from assumptions? How do you watch a thought? Thought arises out of stimulation of one of the sense organs. Also yes they appear from nowhere and these are the profoundest sometimes.Rare yet available as they are noticed.
Yes. You believe you think. I ask you to look! When my wife and children, inform me of their feelings, I can easily know them, because I go over board, sensitivity, is to have a sense more intent than they do. I believe, which is why we are all happy;) I think
YOU do not love them. You do not exist! Love is there.Loving them is what I do best, respecting them and looking out for them, is so important.
Exactly what I suspected! What is holding you back from seeing there is no I. Are you afraid of loosing the family. Are you afraid that you will stop loving them? That they will stop loving you?Letting go and being one, appears wrong for some apparent reason?
You do not search. Search is happening.Yet why do I search for such oneness, when I think I`v already got it?
Thoughts arose and the "I" misguided "me" and I was lost in confusion, of the illusion. You believe you think. I ask you to look!
Yes, everything is happening in this land of happening, not to anybody, just happening. You do not search. Search is happening.
Been to the deepest depth, and found there`s no me and certainly no I, so this feels like a calming, a becoming, a wonder, a feeling rather than a thought. Feeling of home;)Deeply and honest and beyond thoughts and believes.
A smiling calm reflection. A body able to reflect feelings of life. When looking in the mirror, what do you see?
Not at all;0)Do you feel anything missing in seeing that 'I' do not exist?
No, there only appeared to be a separation.(1) Is there a "me," at all, anywhere, in any way, shape, or form? Was there ever?
A "thought" that was believed, everything was happening to a "me" a separate self.(2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts, and how it works.
(3) How does it feel to see this?
Experience say`s listen to gut, not the ever wandering mind.4) How would you describe it to somebody who has never heard about this illusion?
Thinking upon thinking upon thinking, yo~yoing in and out of real and unreal. A niggling frustration of something ain`t right, unable to nail it, until working and listening to Peter Gabriel "Love to be loved" a sense of noticing there actually was no I or me or mine or anything really which could be recognised as belonging to a label.(5) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?
I now is simply a communicative directive.6) When you say "I", what are you referring to?
There is only experience happening, which is noticed.7) Is there an experiencer experiencing, or is there only experience?
8) Does experience belong to body or does body belong to experience?
Simplicity at it`s finest. Still sinking in.8a) What did you experience at the moment you awoke?
Desire to capture, document the accrual realisation, even now a hovering shipment of doubt awaits, looking forward to seeing how thought handles this dilemma?:) Thoughts have no power to influence what feels free;)9) Describe your experience in the hours and days following awakening
Experience experiences experiencing, all that is.What is noticing?
