Hi Kevin,

Yes I can say that Hashim is a story with confidence. It doesn't necessarily feel good that I can say that, but I can that.

Hi Kevin,

I sent an answer but I'm not sure if it went through.

Yes I now understand with confidence that the "I" or separate self is a mere story. It doesn't necessarily feel good and it probably doesn't have to, but I see that it is a story.

Excellent.
Everything is exactly the way it's supposed to be.
Sometimes that means feeling like crap.
The guides are just consulting right now.

Great work, Hashim,

Kevin

Hashim,

The guides have confirmed my sense that you have seen through the illusion of separate self.
Congratulations!
You will notice your forum name will be changed from green to blue.
I will message you for your Facebook name so we can get you into forums including aftercare.
Once again, nicely done!
Best,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,

Thanks again for working with me. I am very glad that the universe brought in you to work with me. But hey, there's no free will anyway, so I guess this is how it was supposed to happen.
I feel like I finally have my foot in the door, and now I have to work on embodying this realization.
I really appreciate your work, and I am very grateful that Liberation Unleashed exists. Let's keep in touch. Thank you!

Hi Kevin,

By the way, I wanted to ask you how vipassana has helped you in your process?
I have been currently just been going with "no" technique in meditation without use of mantras or breathing techniques. Before I would get mad at myself if I didn't make time in the morning to meditate, but now I just do it when I can. Have you felt that a regular practice is essential? Thanks!

Hashim,

That was mostly for post-gate clean-up of some old patterns.
I will send you more by direct message.
This thread is for gate guiding only.

Best,
Kevin
