Hi Sandra,
What shall I ask you next?
You could ask - "Will you sit still while I wave my magic wand and send you through the gateless gate? : )
Talk with me. Where are you stuck? And what is clear now?
Stuck in thought. Get so carried along with them in day to day life. Try to stop myself every now and then, to be in the moment where thought is just another happening in that moment. I know they're not my thoughts. I don't create them but they sure can seem like mine when I'm lost in them. Being in the moment just doesn't seem to last and I'm off caught up in thoughts again.
When I sit here to write to you I notice the screen, the window, the trees blowing in the breeze and typing just happening in the moment ( although a commentary of thoughts voiced silently seems to go along with the typing). Then I'm lost in thought again and when I realize I am I bring myself back to the present moment and just notice.
Life is happening and a phone call can lead to all sorts of thoughts and past and future possibilities and then I have to bring myself back again.
What is clear now? A moment is clear for just a moment and in the next moment gone.
Bye for now
Dianne

Hi Dianne,
You could ask - "Will you sit still while I wave my magic wand and send you through the gateless gate? : )
What gateless gate?
What you?
Can you see one or the other?
:)
Describe being stuck in thought, please. How does that happen, how does it feel, does it come and go? Is it a state, an experience, something that happens inside or outside of reality? Look to what you call 'stuck in thought' and tell me what you see happening.
Love,
Sandra

Dianne, what is keeping you from looking?
Do you want to go on, do you want to stop, do you want to try with other guide?
What is going on?

Hi Sandra,
Describe being stuck in thought, please.
Identifying with thoughts.
How does that happen, how does it feel, does it come and go?
Thoughts or more like groups of relating thoughts believable thoughts about what is being done or thoughts of what is to be done. All thoughts come and go even the ones about my life and what I have to do now.
Is it a state, an experience, something that happens inside or outside of reality?
Everything is experienced inside reality.
Look to what you call 'stuck in thought' and tell me what you see happening.
Like a loop trying to think outcomes and solutions and think ahead to tomorrow or thoughts of past. Just your everyday thoughts but I identify with them instead of letting them come and go stuck in the solvling of thoughts about future. Not always problems either sometimes happens with nice groups of thoughts I identify as mine.
Dianne, what is keeping you from looking?
Do you want to go on, do you want to stop, do you want to try with other guide?
What is going on?
Sorry Sandra I'm back now just couldn't get time on the computer to answer your questions. Still plan to stick with this until I'm done although that is just a thought too.
kind regards
Dianne

Just your everyday thoughts but I identify with them instead of letting them come and go stuck in the solvling of thoughts about future.
This sentence expresses a thought, yes?
This thought implies that a you exists because there is a you identifying with thoughts.
Is this true?
Are you thinking thoughts or thoughts are happening?
Are you identifying with thoughts or identification with thoughts is happening?
Are you stuck in thoughts or the thought of being stuck in thoughts happens?
Stop expecting things to change and look to what is happening! What do you see? Can you see this you?

I am.
Is Dianne aware of you or are you aware of Dianne?
I am aware of Dianne. I am aware of the thoughts that come and go and the movements of her body.

Whatever sees Dianne's thoughts and actions and the view from the perspective of Dianne.

Hi Dianne,
Seeing from that perspective, do you find boundaries? Do you see a inside and a outside, a fragmented reality, a separate you? Describe what you see happening, please.
When does the illusion of Dianne begins? Can you explain that from what you see happening?
Love,
Sandra

Hi Sandra,
Seeing from that perspective, do you find boundaries?
I don't see any boundaries from this perspective.
Do you see a inside and a outside, a fragmented reality, a separate you?
I only see outside no inside.
I don't see a separate me.
Describe what you see happening, please.
I see arms, hands typing, immediate surroundings of desk top covered in photos, papers, pens, a stuffed bugs bunny, speakers, envelopes and a blurry glasses frame also partial view from window. So what I see happening is just a view of what is in front of me.
When does the illusion of Dianne begins? Can you explain that from what you see happening?
The illusion of Dianne begins with thoughts about what Dianne has to do when she finishes at the computer. The illusion of Dianne begins only when thoughts of Dianne come. The view is all I see and thoughts label things in the view and thoughts bring Dianne in.

Do you expect this to stop happening?
A change in perspective does not change what is being seen! Why would it?
Does a belief make an illusion real? An illusion is just that, an illusion.
Do this little exercise. Close your eyes and imagine you are holding a watermelon in your hands. Imagine it so vividly that you can feel its weight, the shape and texture of the skin. Hold it there, sensing it, and open your eyes.
What happened to the melon? How about the sensation that was so believable?
That which is real can be sensed in one or more ways. That which is imagined exists only in the mind.
Spend some time looking to Dianne and tell me where can you sense a Dianne that actually exists, other than in thoughts.
Love,
Sandra

No. I expect thoughts of Dianne will always be.

I see a body writing, see this body from the location of the eyes or where they appear to be in the head. I can't see the eyes or the head. The hand writes, the legs bend up, the arm moves. Nothing to say it's Dianne's body. Only a thought does that. A thought about this being Dianne's body. Words come and are written down by the hand and arm. It happens and maybe a thought will come it's Dianne's hand and arm but just a thought. Mostly the thought isn't noticed the arm and hand are just assumed to belong to Dianne.

Hi Sandra,
Hi Dianne, what is missing? Do you see the illusion?
I'm still not there. I don't know why. Watching Dianne at times through the day and noticing walking, digging, planting, swimming, driving, all happening thoughts appearing and hard to catch if looked for so can't be my thoughts. Feeling of sensations on the skin sometimes the breeze sometimes fan. Looking to see who's looking at this and me comes up. Thoughts are sometimes very scattered and one thing doesn't necessary lead to another. Trying to watch thoughts and actions throughout the day. That is hard to do with thoughts they are not so easy to spot when looking for them a bit fuzzy and illusive. Actions are easier to watch as the body is always in motion. I keep making this hard. Well that's a thought. But I am not seeing through the illusion. Tired of seeking I just want to see through this and don't know where I'm going wrong.
