Did you see whether there is a subject that is doing it?
Is there that subject when there is finger?
There was not a subject. Just the finger, thoughts, beliefs, and perceptions.

Is there a subject now?
There are thoughts about a subject. There is looking for a subject. There is perception of inside and outside of “me”. There isn’t a subject, but there are thoughts of a subject.

How does it feel to see that?

How does it feel to see that?
There is frustration due to another thought that says “Ok what is it that’s missing?” “There’s the intellectual answer, but what is the piece that’s missing which makes it all come together?”

Ok, please focus on that feeling of frustration.
Is there any prominent bodily sensation that comes along with it?

There is a sense of unease or churning in my stomach and heat in my chest.

Hey Kento!

I’m posting just to stay consistent with being on the forum. I have continued to inquire, but there have been no experience of no self that is without doubt. Having said that, I can’t find any experience outside of the 5 senses and the nature of thought.

Hi Statum. :)

Is no self an experience?
No it is not an experience. Just the fact of the matter.

Just the fact of the matter.

Is this intellectually understood?
What makes you say that it is the fact of the matter?

Yes this is intellectually understood. When I said that it is the fact of the matter, it was something thought and deduced intellectually which is why I said it was a fact.

Ok, then, let's inquire further. :)

Observe anything that you regard as experience; observe it without
analyzing, as we've done so far.

Then, let me know what came up.

The sensation of my hand moving across the table was just that and nothing else. Just sensation; neither good or bad, pleasant or unpleasant.
