Hey
How is life? You are very quiet these days.
Do you still need help with guiding? I feel the intensity of this inquiry has decreased. I don’t mind going through the questions again with you if you direct me where you need help the most. If you allow distraction to come in the way, all the benefit of the inquiry so far will dissipate. Otherwise, if you think you are ready, I can give you the final questions.

Thank you for your message. There is still a sense of me here.
In the mind body.

I've been watching reactions and seeing how the work.

Still a lot of the questions we have done have not been properly experienced / embodied.. E..g is there anything separate ?
Life happening. There is some frustration that I can't get it. And not much happiness. But watching the reactions is a lot of fun- to see the mechanics of it, when pronouns are used

Also good to watch the doing. Who is doing each action..

I'm basically working with who is doing the actions? And who is reacting? Throughout the days. And "are thoughts and sensations personal?"

Thank you for your reminder and helping me push on. I really want this .

All the best

On reflection. I'm guessing i have just not seen clearly that there is no self. I look and don't find but it does not reach a definite no. It results in a continuous no finding. I need th go through them all again I guess. No doer, no seer , no experiencer, no feeler, no controller

Best wishes

Hey
I hear you…
On reflection. I'm guessing i have just not seen clearly that there is no self. I look and don't find but it does not reach a definite no. It results in a continuous no finding.
You see nothing but there is still doubt. The thinking content is chosen over the output of senses. It happens all the time and it’ s called confirmation bias – everything that contradicts previous beliefs can’t be accepted and it’s disbelieved (even if it’s coming from our own senses). It’s like you feel like unicorns exist and keep on trying to find them but you can’t. Maybe it’s time just to acknowledge that they don’t exist ;). What is doubt?
Let’s try another exercise…
First, write what you are experiencing right NOW using the words “I,” “me,” and “my.” Like this:
I am sitting in a chair. I am hearing the traffic. I am typing these words. I am feeling hungry.
Do this for a full ten minutes. Watch the body. Are there any sensations of tightening or relaxing? Focus on what is happening around you rather than on your thinking.
Then, for the next ten minutes, write without the words “I,” “me,” and “my.” Just describe the experience as it is happening using verbs alone. Like this:
Sitting, typing, breathing, blinking. Hearing the traffic. Waiting for the next thought. Hearing birds singing.
Again, watch what is happening in the body. Don’t just rewrite what you wrote in the first part, but describe what arises as it arises.
Now compare the two ways of labelling the experience. Is one truer than the other? If so, which one? What is here without labels? Do labels affect the experience or just describe it? How did the body react? Which way of describing felt more natural, more relaxing?

Can you see that thoughts describe and create a story at the same time (e.g., pass a judgement)? Can you see that “I” is a label and not a doer nor a thinker, e.g., “I” is not doing the breathing? If the “I” is believed to be an entity, the 'mind' is confused, and the 'body' tenses up.
Is there an I behind the word “I”? If so, where is it?

Hi

Doubt is a thought.

I've tried this exercise a few times. Using the I statements, I find way more sensations to the point where I did not want to do more than 2 mins or so. Was too uncomfortable. Using the non I statements was much nicer experience. Defo felt more relaxing, the 2nd way.

In the last 2 days I've been working with "who hears?" "Where am I? "When am I?" "Who am I?" And it is lightening things up

. I continue

Hope you are well

Hey
Doubt is a thought.
Yes! And they keep multiplying unless proven wrong through the senses.
Using the I statements, I find way more sensations to the point where I did not want to do more than 2 mins or so. Was too uncomfortable. Using the non I statements was much nicer experience. Defo felt more relaxing, the 2nd way.
All is just happening effortlessly. So, if “I” is a thought and thought does not think, where is the thinker? Is there a need for one? Can a thought do things? Life is just happening. Looking is happening. Getting lost in the story is happening— with or without the word “I.” The self is not needed for frustration to arise, nor for happy, joyful feelings. It is all flowing freely, as a response to a situation.
In the last 2 days I've been working with "who hears?" "Where am I? "When am I?" "Who am I?" And it is lightening things up
Good! Do you still need me for your inquiry?

I understand it. And I also observe other people and see there is no I. But I still feel human and don't feel the peace. But.i feel closer than I've ever been to it , in daily life

But I still feel human and don't feel the peace.
But this is the human experience. There is no way that you don't feel human or feel the extra terrestial experience :) This is IT. And not feeling peace is part of it ;). It seems like you DO have expectations that life/THIS will change to fit your needs. Ironically, peace comes with the acceptance that life will not change :))

Brilliant. Yes there are expectations here.

Brillaint message and brilliant video.

Its hard to accept . I can see that if I see life from a different perspective/ different identification then I might see it how you see it . But I still judge the quality of my days and get annoyed if I have a bad or wasted day. But I'm willing to see

Peace is always here, what conceals it are thoughts about "not having peace". It’s actually funny. There is such a strong desire to get home, when home is all there is. Right here— underneath all the labels. Home is here, now, waiting to be recognized.
