Hi again,
O.K. Good start. Now let's trace the reason back to its origin. Why is the need to play the game there? What does it satisfy? (Hint: Look to the body and sensations.) Take your time.

Actually I don't play computer games any more for several years, but I remember that I felt excited and powerful playing.

The need was there because I wanted to feel good and excited and it did not satisfy in long term. No long lasting satisfaction. Just punctual satisfaction like eating.

Hi again,
The need was there because I wanted to feel good and excited......
O.K. Now let's get back in front of that. What caused, "The need"?

The need is caused by a feeling of lack and the thought "this is not good enough; something is missing".

I guess it is caused by the thought that "I" am separate from the world and other people. "I" am alone.

I would like some simple comment from you on a regular basis on the daily exercise of "finding where 'you' stop, and experience begins."
No separation. Just this.
Isn't everything complete in the present moment?
Everything complete. Can't deny.

Hi again,
Sorry for the delay.
Let's keep going. What causes, "the thought that "I" am separate from the world and other people. "I" am alone and separate."

Hi Hopefulness,
The thought "I am separate and alone" is caused by ... I don't know. Thoughts become silent when I try to answer the question. There is unknowing and emptiness as an answer. Thoughts stop.

Definitely I can not find a chooser or thinker of that thought.

Hi again,
Nice insight but try again to find the origin. Look back in time. Look at prior conditioning. Keep it up. You're getting there.

The first conditioning might be "I am Sebastian" or "I am somebody".

Maybe the first conditioning is "I am" or "I". Not sure where you are going to.
