You will want to do the videos on fear more than once each. You will probably also want to find some professional help.

With all that fear it's not possible to see that there is no self.

You've been telling yourself the story of betrayal and cruelty and it isn't true. I strongly suggest you do The Work of Byron Katie. With a facilitator. They have a free helpline.
