With eyes closed go deeper in you, notice what the heart wants most?
This will take some time because there will be emotions befor that, feel it and dive deep in you.
Then notice that heart is happy because all this miracle is happening in that very moment?
And notice that heart can trust to what appear here in the visual field?
Are there two things?

Fascinating. But there is one question in the mind. How is this possible?

Yes, how is this possible... creator, miracle, divinity...
Emptiness, heard is full of this beauty here, isn't it fascinating, mind-blowing?
Is there reason to not trust to what appear here? Isn't it only desire of the hearth is here?
And imagination about me/persona is here but it is imagined from the heart, and this is it :)

I am still working on this. I have trouble to get really connect to my heart. Very often the endless talking mind disturbs the process. Till Knie I don‘t know heart wants most…

Then drop the idea of an face, then notice this which sees this - is there a gender?, Age? Story? Family? Name? Problems?
Drop every identification wich is found and notice what reality looks like?

Mind blowing. No persona is really there, everything is just a construct of the mind... really hard to believe. As if a virus had infected the human operating system and added an “I”. Since everyone has the virus, everyone thinks it's right. Only sometimes doubts arise, but they are often dismissed as nonsense. The virus killer is observation in direct experience....right?

For me this is the best observation:

Sit quietly for about 30 minutes and notice the arising thoughts.
Just let them appear as they appear.
Try your best to COMPLETELY ignore what they are saying and just notice how they appear without you doing anything at all.
Where are they coming from and going to?
Did you do anything to make a particular thought or thoughts appear?
Could you have done anything to make a different thought appear at that exact moment instead?
Can you predict your next thought?
Can you select from a range of thoughts to have only pleasant thoughts?
Can you choose not to have painful, negative or fearful thoughts?
Can you pick and choose any kind of thought?
Is it possible to prevent a thought from appearing?
Please answer ALL the questions.

Check what is revealed, what remains when is seen through thoughts?

No, you can not control. Control is an illusion.

I didn't understand that exactly. But when I look with my thoughts, I only see what the thoughts interpret.

I see reality but not the real reality. Just an interpretation from the mind.

yes it is the mind, thoughts follow thoughts. It's like a computer. Information responds to information automatically because the software is programmed that way.

When there are no thoughts, notice - this is known right?
thought - "There are no thoughts right now" is a thought, right?
Is this known?

That's a good question who or what determines that there is no thought at the moment. The mind only realizes it afterwards and then there is another thought. But there is still perception. I'm not sure yet whether perception perceives it that way, because as soon as I evaluate I'm back in my mind.

I wanted to say that everything that goes beyond perception are thoughts of the mind and therefore they are just thoughts about thoughts.

to determine is not to recognize or not to understand. That's like who. that someone says is a mirage, you say yes, but you don't recognize it. That's why, unfortunately, I still believe that idea at the moment.

Now notice, it is possible to find out who the thoughts are speaking to?

That's a very great question. I've been trying to figure it out all day. So far without any knowledge. My guess about no one... there's no one there. The thoughts just come and go.
