I’m okay without knowing at this point. I have settled into being in the present moment. Clearing my thoughts often. Listening to a plane pass over, feeling the texture as I bite into an apple, smelling a flower, noticing the colors on the trees, even the sound of taping on my keyboard right now.

Feelings and emotions pass through and I’m practicing allowing them without resistance. Just feeling into them. It brings up another question. As a previously resisted emotion attached to memory arises, what do I do with the thoughts associated? I know to feel into it to release it but it’s still attached to a memory. Would you try to clear the memory or relive it to release it? It’s a more technical question but I have to work with what’s coming up in my experience.

Beautiful. Is there freedom in this?

I’m not here to teach any methods per say and wouldn’t do so without knowing more of the context and the thought in question.
And just to be clear that here we are investigating the ‘illusion’ of the separate self.
I am curious about your agenda to 'clear' it.
And my questions is…
Who does the memory refer to?

Hi Amy,

Do you still wish to engage with this process?

I don’t feel connected to what’s happening for you.

Tell me how you’d like to progress.

Thanks

Marcus

I’m a little stuck at the moment. I’m not to the point of no self and don’t know where to go from here.

When you say you are stuck, what do you mean? Can you describe in more detail?

Are you someone trying to get somewhere?
