i see fear which withstands on the view that we will die.All fears are from fear of death or more appropriately fear of no presence...just nothng and nothing in any sense i thing thats the fear.

thoughts appear one after the other ..and at the starting out of nowhere.our body composisting of different composition function independantly and interconnectedly both together ..like there is something creating thoughts,something creating emotions ,something watches this happening...yeah its true nothing that can 'i' be attched to .its just limited sight version of the whole.body dies yet indestructible because it changes to ther forms...likeways our breath,,the air moves in the atmosphere...everything is perfectly playing the game.everything was perfect before me...everything will be perfect after me and with me it will not lose its perfection no matter whatever i chose to do.well that may seem again philosophical to you but its the way i see.

Life is living itself, and you are integral part of it. Everything is perfect as it is.
You are playing your role like a character in a play. You are born in a body with likes and dislikes, talents and limitations. The idea to have a self, an ‘I’ came afterwards. People around you told you that you are someone and you have to improve yourself, to become somebody like them. This ideas are not real. It is just a bunch of ideas that feeds itself with all kinds of stories.
There is no one choosing. You have only afterwards thoughts that say that you are choosing. There was first the experience without any thought, then followed thoughts. So is the ‘I’ the content of a thought and not a real experience.

See how the ‘I’ thought arises after the experience.
See that this ‘I’ is not real but just an idea.

How is it that you have no self?

their are lot of beliefs hankering in my head,coming and showing itself every now and then.their is a belief "i had to do a lot of things ,kick my head on the wall and almost everything to get liberated" this belief is fucking my head.night i had some insights that's how stupid or more rightly ignorant i was looking here and their after enlightenment, it just i had to see one thing one needs a 'self' to get enlightened.which is the thing that will get enlightened?.nothing..it abs simple.brain can get smarter or dumber ,heart can become more love filled or hate filled,body can get healthy or weak...but who hell the will get enlightened. of course there is no ghost inside jumping to get out and asking it as enlightenment.it was a strange drama first living life as if nothing is wrong, discontentment crept in,search for enlightenment,no enlightenment possible just another thought pointing to an imaginary thing hence lie,living life where nothing can be wrong.

Looking at your beliefs: not the content but what is a belief, how is it created.
Take one belief and look at the thoughts, feelings and sensations that are associated with that belief.
Look at what is here real and what is imaginary.
What remains from this belief if you take the imaginary part away?

i think the beliefs are created with the feeling of incompleteness at its base.i think its the self or rather thought of self creating more thoughts of self,better thoughts of self and just feeling more but yet incomplete to do more.

i did two experiments:

1)i wrote my name on the page many starting with my normal then, then juggling alphabets,then some with different script...and i felt more and more alien to my name.then i knew my name is nothing nothing but a label,a pattern fed to my mind...which so many times repeated that it had like a permanent place my brains.its all lie.

its just my thoughts,its my emotions,my desires all coming and going....and i realize there is no one actually looking behind...there is no owner..it cannot be.
there are thoughts of self..thoughts of self doing something....self owning something..but they are all thoughts.

2) the self thing is very difficult to comprehend..there are lots and lots of thoughts come and go.so i visualized my self a situation where i chopped of my heads of..and headless standing there looking around saw a sheet a paper piced it up and i found a question written "do u exist" and there was silence..everything was simply happening.if i again put that head on it will again put thoughts of self and other beliefs and the drama thoughts.

Look further starting with a direct experience like sensing or hearing.
See first that there is only sensing or hearing. See then how a thought labels the experience.
Then an emotion or feeling can come in followed by more thoughts, feelings…

This seeing of the process of first experiencing and thoughts coming afterwards can be an eye-opener for seeing the illusory sense of the self, the ‘I’ thoughts intermingled with feelings and sensations.
The 'I' is not an experience, is not real.

Just see what is happening, don’t change anything.

there things happening:
1)awareness(noticing factor) everything that is happening which can be percieved.
2)mind focus(stream of thoughts towards any object) -it noticies a happeing and puts a self cover around it like i see it, i hear it.

the self belief crept into due to reasons:
1)one directional perception of mind which creates wn assumption of separateness
2)mind unable to understand no causalty .its just mind way of functioning to comprehend nature cause effect past future and so on.
3)its a belief that self exists is evident to everyone so questioning against instead society supporting it somwhow.

So
there is no self.
never was and never will be
its just life
one thing influencing other (more like a family)
no doer no controller
no separateness.

2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works.
3) How does it feel to see this?

there is no me.there never was and never will.as simple as that.

when any action or thought or emotion pops our mind due to its conditioning assumes subtly that it is created by a separate self.its like a non existent shadow which claims ownership (it appears to be) but in reality there is no self.
the assumption of self crept into our system i think due to reasons:
1)one directional perception of mind creating separateness .
2)mind cannot comprehend certain things like infinity uncertainity no causalty.so due to its working in approach of cause and effect it created the assumption.
3)working:whatever happens brains assumes a causer behind it so it puts the label of self.in the end the thoughts or mind impressions which refers to fiction of self produces(not the self because there aint one but the thought of it) certain real influences like fear,anger,etc hence the suffering

How does it feel to see this?

nothing great as such....just more clarity and freeness.occasional unuaual triggers of intense feeling.

the world has become a more alien to me.i dont really fit into the talks of others..it feels disgusting at times.i have headaches often probably i have used to much of my mind in the process.my mother told to look for doctor.i feel more sad now at times but happy at other at times....i am not attracted to any particular ...everything is normal...life is just happening....thats all.i have been a failure all my life and i am good at it he he really i have attained nothing just put and yet putting things in right place.
