Richard,feelings are labelled as numbness,tingling aching,tension,iching,happy,sad.Sounds and smells get labelled and judged

If "body" is just a label, what are you left with ?

yeah its like the thoughts create a veil then there is a seeing through . everything is changing

Hi Richard,1,yes i am convinced there is no seperate self 2yes thanks i am very satisfied,though it feels like a new begining 3 seeking has ended.4 just one last thing,is it possible a bit of pride might creep in?
