Richard,feelings are labelled as numbness,tingling aching,tension,iching,happy,sad.Sounds and smells get labelled and judged

And without the labeling ?
What is it like just to be ?
Here and now, in this very moment
Reading, typing, looking around, sitting, standing, walking around, whatever
What is it like to just be ?

If "body" is just a label, what are you left with ?

Richard,take the labels off and its life happening or nothingness

yeah its like the thoughts create a veil then there is a seeing through . everything is changing
