Sorry for the delay- didnt see your post till now.

No there is zero doubt. Sometimes I forget... getting swept up in the thinking that says happenings are personal. This weekend there were some events that I took personally, as a me that things were happening to. It was, unsurprisingly, painful. The forgetting is temporary, and moves through, just like the remembering does for now.

When i went looking for the me it was happening to, all there was was thoughts, images and feelings happening. Just experiencing, no experiencer.

There is no doubt.

Remembering and reexperiencing that is calming, reassuring, fascinating, peaceful, happy.

thank you! yes, when we believe in story, suffering comes back, but seeing it over and over again, that there is nothing behind the story, cuts through it. it may take time to stabilise. i'd love if you joined Unleashed group, it's where all of us from this forum hang out and get to know each other. it is kind of aftercare place and it's great to use it if/ when questions come up.
