I can control what I say and do but I have no idea what someone else will say or do.
Where, when, and what is that "you" that controls what you say?
Please try saying something, and observe the process: then report what you
noticed.

Most of the time I don't control what I say. Then there are times when I plan what to say which increases the likelihood that I will say certain things.I can control what I say and do but I have no idea what someone else will say or do.

It's really hard to tell and I suspect there is nothing there. I believe there is nothing there. Sometimes I know nothing is there but its fleeting. Most of the time I don't control what I say. Again, where, when and what is the one that plans what to say?
Hi Kento,Hi. :) It sounds like you are trying to think over this issue, which
leads to taking this as something that brings "good feelings" (which is not bad but not essential).
I suspect that what you call insight / realization are ideas about realization.
Would you be able to discard them and look anew? Otherwise, this dialogue might lose
most of its effectiveness, as you will keep comparing this and what you read ... an obvious
form of dualism.
The planning is like a spark of intention that leads to thoughts. It happens a split moment before the thoughts begin. Planning happens. It seems like there is an intention there. It exists in the ether. Thanks Jenny. :)
Now, again, where, when and what is the one that plans what to say?
Could you actually try planning something and look for the one that plans?
I cannot perceive intention. There is no color, sensation, smell, or sound or other. How is intention perceived?
In the form of thought? Color? Sensation? Smell? Sound?
Or else?
Intention is a thoughtWhat is intention?
The thought happens in the here and now. Seems like there is an entity that witnesses the thoughts. Like the thoughts are occurring and being comprehended and sometimes action is taken. Thinking nothing is here seems to equate to nothing matters.Where, when and what is the one that thinks that thought?
Seems like there is an entity that witnesses the thoughts.
