seeing not just intellectualizing

Well im trying to get an experiance and not just understand it intellectually. To have a sort of shift in perception or something thats why im writing in the first place.

Maybe there are other direct ways i can look at the self that i havent thougt of. Maybe some attatchemts to let go of that are common? Sticky points? Sudgestions?

It's the apparent need to understand intellectually that makes you expect something different to happen. Can you perceive a self? If you can't aren't you experiencing the absence of a separate self already?

Let go of what? What can you find that can let go of something? Can you find this self that can let go or is this self an imaginary self? Do you find any evidences of a self that can let go of itself? How could a self let go of itself?

You don't have to delete anything.
The option New topic is close the top of the gate forum, to the left. You need to do log in to see it.
