hello to all
Re: hello to all
Completing the exercise I felt relaxed and warmth going through my body and noticing the tingling on my skin, noticing my stomach rising up and down, feeling soothed, feeling my heartbeat, feeling the breath going through my nostrils,I'm observing my awareness bring aware

High Paul
Thanks for those two responses.
Regarding the second post,
Now a couple of questions about it (either recalling that experience or, even better, re-doing it right now):-
1. Just bodily sensations are noted: are there any sensations of touching chair, or floor, or surrounding temperature, was there any seeing experience, hearing, smelling?
2. What is the actual sensation of 'my awareness being aware'?
3. When the word 'I' is written (2 times) and 'my' (6 times) what is that referring to? What is the sensation, or actual first-hand experience of 'I'/'my'?
4. In this now experience, looking for the terms you mentioned before ("what I am (consciousness... etc"), where is 'consciousness', where is 'empty Ness', where is 'nonduality', where is 'formlessness', where is 'enlightenment'? How are they experienced right now? Can any of them be found in this now experience?
Please spend time with each question (and part of question), considering honestly, looking (rather than thinking it out), noticing deeply. Then let me know what seems to be found.
Cheers
Mark

During it and also after it,it's just that my awareness was aware but after it I'm not aware as I'm preoccupied with external objects

Hey Paul
Hehe, good luck with the tech-y issues! I don't really mind how it's formatted, so long as it makes some kind of sense.
Main thing is to give plenty of space to look into the questions deeply.
Only then reply with what's coming up.
Cheers
