I'm glad to see your back.
I'm willing, but be aware this might be challenging.
I'm aware of that, it's one of the motives that makes me guide. Are you aware that my role here is to challenge your beliefs and help you see what's true in your experience (not thinking, experience...)?

For instance:
This "me" still thinks the past is real, and, like a disease, keeps going back to it.
When you talk about the me that thinks the past is real and keeps going back to it what are you referring to?
What is this me made of exactly? What makes you think this me is real?
This search could be taxing; that's why I'm asking if you are up to this.
Could be... and maybe it won't be taxing! How do you know?
Don't worry with me and be honest, please. I can handle it :)
I'll check back and see if you replied.
You can receive notifications by e-mail when i post here if you select the "Notify me when a reply is posted" option below (you need to make login to see that option). I will follow your replies. I usually post once a day after getting an answer.

Looking forward for our conversation!

Sandra,

I want to make sure: have you replied? Will you be my guide?

Hi Hancock,

I send you an e-mail and posted twice - I don't understand why your not seeing any of that.

"How do you know, unless you look?" is the signature that I have in my forum profile, not a question!

I'll ask for help!

Sandra
