Dear Heal,

"There is no before or after, better or worse, cause and effect, its all the same.
If there are not two is there really a here and a there or time or any dimensionality at all?
There is not but sometimes it feels like there is."

So notice that the feeling that there is arises naturally without any doing on your part.
And keep looking for something solid unchanging that you call me.
Is there anything there?
What is it?
What does it feel like?
What does it look like?
What are its qualities and characteristics?

I am getting very frustrated with the word me,my,I , These words mean heal , the personality. Is this what you are referring to here? I can answer from that perspective. There is nothing solid unchanging that I call me, me is always changing. that is all I can say about it right now as I would like to choke those words to death.

Dear Heal,

Is there an 'I' getting frustrated, or is there just a frustrated feeling appearing.
Is 'personality' something real, or just thoughts...

'me is always changing' - Describe what changes and how this is known

There is just a frustrated feeling appearing.

Personality is not real, just thoughts.

'me is always changing' - Describe what changes and how this is known

What changes is there appears to be movement and it is never the same in any one moment.
How this is known: There is awareness that never moves and sees all .

Is there awareness separate or apart from perception?
Is there ever awareness without perception?
Or perception without awareness?
Or are they two aspects of the same thing... Inseparable...
Like heat and fire..., or wetness and water?

Part two
And some call this self knowing awareness... yet that is still a label for that which cannot be named...
...for there is no separate you to step outside of 'this that is'-- all and everything... seamless sameness.. uncompounded ... and pin it down or stop it or change it or control it in any way...

....for there is no separation...period.

... it is far better far greater than words can ever ever describe...
...this that is, this priceless immediacy is beyond imagination.. beyond belief... this fleeting ambiguous uncatchable dance...

There is only awareness, the rest is only words!

Heal,
"There is only awareness, the rest is only words!"

Is there awareness without perception?

"How will it change me? I will stop seeking for something I am already.
How will this feel? Like I have come home."

Are you still seeking?

Who is/was seeking?

Is there awareness without perception? Yes, of course there is, there is no one to perceive.
Are you still seeking? Yes, it still feels like there is something missing that I haven't connected with yet.
Who is/was seeking? Heal was seeking.

Part three....
Dear Heal,
Is awareness 'a thing' that is found or is experienced?
We are looking for a separate 'I' in the investigation.
Is there experience with an experiencer, or is there just 'experience'. There is 'experience' and 'that which knows it' - Are they separate?

"There is just 'awareness' and the rest is words."
And awareness is also just a word, yes?

Another question - Would you agree that 'awareness' is a thought appearing about the totality of experience. It is a word that 'points' to that.
