Tell me what is it that gets liberated? And from what?
I'm not exactly sure, but I think that it is up to me.
One day, one moment... I will look inside of me... from new point of view and suddenly - It will happened.

What is it that gets liberated: A looking inside of me.

I think that it is works.

You are just guessing.
You can not look inside of you because you don't exist!
What gets liberated is the mind- it resolves the confusion of separate thinker.

Answer this- do you exist? If so, what are you?

That is a story. Can you find Andrew? Where?

What is your immediate experience right now? White what is happening as it is happening.

I'm reading a text on my notebook.
I'm typing another text on keyboard. I'm pressing keyboard's buttons.
There are thoughts cumming from mind. > Creating what to say.

Ok. What happens if you do not use word I and write about the experience as it happens just in verbs.
Like: thought is coming up, typing is happening and so on. Expand, notice more what is happening.
Try.
Then look, is it I that is doing things or just a thought that it's I doing things?

Shoot

Please, Give me more time. I try it tomorrow. I don't have an energy to do it today. It doesn't work.

And please, tell me one more thing.
It is something particular, what I should do it now? I mean like try to "make myself believe in there is no me"?
Or something like this.
I mean do something what can help in the process of liberation. ?
To believe in something or to do something, or to do not...

hahaha, no, it's not about installing new belief. specific what you have to do is look, what is true, find out for yourself. there is no you, is it true?

I'd try to watch myself. What is going on in mind. I watched how my hands move, body move, automatic.
hm, but I can move my hands and my body.

I looked for me. I didn't found it. But nothing had changed.
My thoughts are still my thoughts. I see everything through "me".

I can't find "me".

Yes, I is a thought only. Can a thought do anything, can a thought think?

No a thought cannot think. Mind can think. A thought is in mind. A thought is a item, a thing. And mind plays with that thing.
Thought can do anything. Mind act, "based on thought".
