What is there if there is no 'I'?
Everything... This... all this.
I guess the idea that there has to be something seeing this all, or something acting, is not necessarily true.
Actually it's not necessary, and it's not. period
for whom it is necessary?, is necessary for that illusory "I", that illusion needs believe in itself, it's need to be in control... "I'm going to do this or that"... "it's necessary do that"... "I need to do this or that"...
the false "I" needs control... is afraid not being in control.
but actually do not have control at all. that thing do not exist!.
there is something there in control?.
look... what would happen if that "you" don't have control?... (report the feeling).
An experiment: stand up and walk around... watch carefully if the "I" is in control of every step... go back.
was the "I walking"?, can do you feel that?... is nobody there!... there is only the action... walking is happening!
... the thoughts that insist that something explainable has to be going on!
Sure... there is not "You", there is not "me", no person anywhere... there are bodies, brains, cars, phones, walls, monitors, etc. etc.
but things happen without an "I" or a "You" or a "me"... it's very simply! ;)
Also, it does seem to be the default position I adopt throughout the day which I have to intentionally see through.
just look at those thoughts, look at them calmly and patiently, they are not "yours" thoughts, there are just... thoughts, there are not a "You" thinking!... the thoughts simply happen, why we need to believe they?
