And again,there is no I me or Henry around the choices are made perfectly or imperfectly by themselves.

Very eloquent responses Henry, you have a nice way of getting to the heart of the matter.

So you can see that thoughts can trigger not only other thoughts, but also emotions, which can also trigger other emotions. These thoughts and emotions arise all by themselves in response to thoughts or stimuli, and then fade away as other thoughts or stimuli take their place.

Today we look at the PHYSICAL in more detail –

Observe your movement in the moment.

The body moves, but is there a Henry here making this movement occur?

How is it that all those muscles and joints work so perfectly to enable you to type on a keyboard with such precision?

If you tried to grow your hair longer by sheer force of will, could you? What are the implications of this?

Body moves and no Henry is there! Is mother worried?

The body moves by itself in a complex dance of electrical impulses thru out the known and unknown cosmic event or non event. All true (?) independence seekers like Henry, I, me, self or my are destined for electrocution. I guess Henry must have been high on the list and it must have been quick I hardly noticed...

Muscles and joints

The muscles and joints are working with stimulation from outside (sensory or extra sensory) and stimulation from inside the body like garlic , beans, cabbage(organically grown works better),mental function or dysfunction.Again no Henry to be found and mother still not worried!
The key board thing is funny because perfection and precision is about 5% in the muscles and joints and 95% in the delete button.


The growing hair
If I myself and me muster all the willpower and hold it for a very long time, together we can grow the hair, but we are to lazy and bad boys and girls that is why the higher selves together with the God of hair is helping us out and we are deeply indebted to them because we like our hair.
This is today's example of a mistake in the thinking and there is no electrocution needed we can undo the mistake.

We've spent some time here shining the light of your high powered perception into direct experience. And Henry, that poor fellow, has had to put up with being dumped in a garbage truck, nailed on fraud charges, and then electrocuted - luckily for him he's just a character in a story :-)

From your responses I feel you have seen through the illusion of self. The next step is to ask you the final questions. I wanted to check with you first if you feel you’re ready for these questions, or if there are any doubts remaining about the illusion of a separate self?

1) Is there a 'me', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever? how about self, is there anything that is separate from everything else?




2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works.

I am going to answer each question in a separate mail as not to lose anything. If this is ok and there are no in between comments or questions I am not expecting a response from you until all 9 points are addressed.
There is a strong pleasant gratitude towards you guiding me in this matter that nonevidently is no matter at all.This is very good and far reaching work.


There is no me.no if, but, maybe,shape or anything else...and there never was. Ooh the self went into the closet and when nobody was watching made up some companions the higher self and the lower self, and the nobody that was watching turned into the watcher and they protected themselves from being found out as illusion.After glimpsing and looking and looking with Paulo's guidance I see thru it...no self and yes all things are connected in air, sun, waves,earth, thought and so on.

The illusion of a separate self is just that: An illusion.An accurate description of no self is impossible. An illusion again.

When it starts and how it works: the illusory pattern transfers from generation to generation and seems to show in early childhood when Henry starts to say I. From here there are many ways that solidify and expand the illusion of self like stories, emotion, physical action.The one basic ingredient in this illusion maintenance program is that belief is mistaken for fact.

3) How does it feel to see this? describe in detail

I feel lighter and there is no weight loss. May be I should say there is more bounce in the movement. A sort of swelling in the chest like being in love or appreciating some thing or some one. The brain and an area around the head may be 5or6 inches out feels kind of static.I feel more energetic and sleep a bit less.

4) How would you describe it to somebody who has never heard about this illusion but is curious about it.

If there is plenty of time I will ask more questions so the person can look for them self (describing a fruit may make somebody's mouth water and eating it is knowing the taste of the fruit). When curiosity is strong I may explain the job of the intellect, how the watcher, watching, the object that is watched ties in, memory, mind as the intermediary for processed thought and feeling. The intellect the mind etc are doing an excellent job just like the lungs are doing their job breathing in and out.The lungs do not walk, the legs do, it is their job yet they are connected thru the blood. What is the mind connected to outside of thinking? Have a look...

Reading in the gateless gate crashers made me look. Seeing happend when I pushed the button to post the request for a guide. Nothing is exactly what happend.The mind does not wrap around this. In the hours after pushing the button I noticed a streaming or humming in the body. It is everywhere not moving up or down. There is a sensation like static around the head.The day after I pushed the button I went for a drive and felt very insecure.This is back to normal now.

I refers to body, character, personality just as the label Henry does. I use "I" also as a label to point to that which one ought not to speak of, the direct experience beyond the neural capacity that forms mental constructs such as words.

7) Is there an experiencer experiencing, or is there only experience?

Experience is.

All words are linked to mind. The intellect is the subject/object splitter.the results are mental constructs like words and language. Therefore even the best choice of word is only pointing toward the answer to the question at hand. The answer is in domaine beyond mind.
