Yes. what is there to fear? Nothing have changed, except the discovery the 'I' thought is an illusion and that it never were.

Explore the fear. Who is afraid?

Hi Paula
Yes fear just is. and the feeling I am loosing something precious is just a thought.
Can anything be other than it is - except in wishing = thoughts?

What is resistance?

Hello Vivi,

sorry for delay in answer, we didn't have internet for a few days.
Resistance is a feeling as well (but sometimes very strong feeling) So it is thought as well.

Hugs,
Paulina

Hi Paula

That's OK

Tell me do you feel anything missing in seeing through the 'I' thought?

Warm regards Vivi

Hi Vivi,

I don't understand your question, do you mean seeing through the illusion of "I"?

Hugs,
Paula

Vivi,

When there is no "I", there is no separation, so the experience is full and there is nothing missing. Yet, why sometimes I forget that there is no "I"? And get into all that emotional waves?

Hugs,
Paula

Forgetting happens.
Check if it is that simple.
What is your experience?

Vivi,

the experience is not mine, it just is. It is always pure and full.

Hi Paula

Yes it just is as it is, always whole.

Do you feel ready to answer the 'final questions?
Do you feel anything missing in seeing 'I' is an illusion?

Warm regards Vivi

Hi Vivi,

I looked deeper into that, and though the experience always is pure and somehow "I" am always there/here (I don't know how to describe it) I have that feeling, that sometimes it is not pure because of lack of distance, which I perceive is not pure.

Hugs,
Paula

Hi Paula

Ohh! Here I need some help :)

Lack of distance?

Hi again

What can be said is that there is some kind of expectation that there should not be a lack of distance.

Let's look at the other expectations you mentioned in the start:
It may be something like a big ball of light and everything dissolves within that light and then the connection with everything is to be felt constantly.

There would be no identification with thoughts, any kind of them, just the experience.

The perception may change into more vivid, more whole-seeing, more receptive.

There would be feeling of unconditional love all the time - or at least the perception from a point of love. Conscious creation of a dream with no fear, just trust.
Look closely into those expectations that you presented as 'thoughts about how it could be'.

These thoughts of how it could be. What are they?

Greetings Vivi
