Ok, let's see what you're like at de-labelling:

If the right-hand is held out in front and it’s looked at, how do you know it’s your hand?

You might say, because I think, “It’s my hand.”

Then look at it again, without any thought. Notice whenever you think you know something e.g. you label it as “skin” or “fingers” or whatever, these are labels placed ON what is there. Just swipe them to one side and return to what is there. What is there doesn’t have any inherent labels.

New label comes up? Swipe it aside.
New label comes up? Swipe it aside.
New label comes up? Swipe it aside.

It’ll be known when you’re there, because in front of you will be something that you don’t know. It’s something that you do have labels for. But when the labels are put aside, and it’s seen for WHAT IT IS, it becomes quite a mysterious object.

For example I feel that I exist as an action/ a relation. My 'influence' is me.
'Taking a cup of green tea' - this is me. All those manual 'doings', all 'verbs' are me.
There is no me inside of a doing, but 'the doing' is me. Got it? ;)

I can relate to what you are saying in my own experience. From a certain perspective it seems like i only exist when there is the movement of action. Where does the "will" come from when there is action ?
