Re: Ready to see

I'm not sure I'm there yet but I'll try ;)
1) Is there a 'me', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?
Obviously there is no such thing or being. There is no me, like there is no you - and never was. There is just awareness experiencing life through body - smelling, touching, feeling, hearing, seeing etc. I think body is like the anchor point for awareness that we are. Starting point from where experience of this world begin. Now I understand the God's answer to Moses: I am that I am ;) So we are that we are. If we are anything we are nothing and at the same time we are everything.
2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works.
It's a thought we identify with. A thought awareness believes it is. It starts when awareness believes that is this thought and an illusionary separation is created. Self recognizes "itself" as separated from everything else. But interesting still attaches to some thoughts and creates illusionary separate being - probably pumps the energy from awarenes to attract and hold some thoughts, feelings close to itself.
3) How does it feel to see this? describe in detail.
It feels like flowing. There is easiness, relaxation, freedom. It feels like fulfillment, wholeness. And it is exciting. Like at the beginning of the safe but exciting adventure. It's different from everything I thought it would be. For now I need to practice the awareness so I don't fall into inllusion of separate self again.
4) How would you describe it to somebody who has never heard about this illusion but is curious about it.
I would say it is like going into amusement park and knowing nothing bad will happen to you. Than you can really relax and just enjoy experiencing different adventures. It is the best thing you can imagine - experiencing the most exciting things but not being in danger for a fraction of a moment.
5) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look? was there a specific moment when seeing happened or was it gradual? what exactly happened?
I've simply had enough of suffering. Than I realized that there is no suffering in experiencing. Than I saw the " I " thought trying to get some attention and trying to attach other thoughts to itself. I did nothing, just watching and experiencing the itch on my skin, the hearing of the music, the being in this body, the leaving of my co-worker, everything. There is no such thing that could not be experienced. It goes so far that we obviously could experience illusions also - awareness experienced this world through false " I " for almost whole my life. It's time to get a wider perspective ;) Seeing the whole world and beyond thorough one thought of " I " is a very limited vision. Freedom is to de-attach from this thought and experience freely.
Thank you, much love,
Jure
