Say more about this, from direct experiencing. The True Self observes.
There is a sense of relief. Relief that none of this is mine. There is also a sense of wonder, amazement, openness and gratitude. There is abundance here, and Love for all. This sense of "recognition" is available for everyone.3) How does it feel to see this illusion ? describe in detail.
I would ask that they notice their breath, and focus on simply being aware of the inhalation and exhalation. I would bring their attention to the "space" between breaths (before the in breath and after the out breath). I would ask them to see if they can find where one breath ends and the other begins. I would allow the person's awakening to happen naturally. I trust the unfolding of the universe. The idea is to allow the person to recognize their personhood's unTrue nature. That they, in fact, are just a thought-form. The body is breathing, there is no one there breathing the body. The universe is breathing itself.4) How would you describe it to somebody who has never heard about this illusion but is curious about it.
I looked spontaneously. Nothing "happened". There have been several moments of unquestionable, undeniable seeing. This presence has always been here, will always be here, and is never changing. The exact moment of recognition came gradually from mounting "evidence" of this presence which is felt.5) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look? was there a specific moment when seeing happened or was it gradual? what exactly happened?
I refers to This point of view. This point of view is Consciousness. The I which is eternal. The I which is done. The I which has no me, mine, or my. The "I" which is timeless; the I which is an object in and of it's own Self.6) When you say "I", what are you referring to?
Only experience is real. The experiencer is the experienced. There is no "body" (save our society's habitual mental concept of one). The body is a collection of sensation. The body is an object of experience. The "body" is a collection of tools used to perceive and distort Reality. The tools, themselves, are Reality, too. The body is a costume in the physical dimension, absent of a person behind the eyes. Consciousness sees itself. The subject-object relationship (It-"Self") is one spontaneous arising.7) Is there an experiencer experiencing, or is there only experience?
Actually look. Does experience belong to the body, or does the body belong to experience?
I experienced nothing. The awakening is happening right now. I am remembering that peace is timeless. Simply nothing. Nothing. The moment of awakening is current and visceral.8) What did you experience at the moment you awoke?
The vibration of Life is everywhere. All is one. It took time to assimilate concepts and words to communicate the essence of this experience. The awakening is alive; Life is living itself; consciousness is feeling itself. Eternity is being itself now. Time-bound reality is an illusion.9) Describe your experience in the hours and days following awakening
