Feeling of identity? How does that feel? Where does it feel? Perhaps you need to look closer.
There is a feeling, yes. But what is that label 'identity' ?

Observe the feeling inside. It's all sensations alive, registering experience + there is thinking going on. It's labelling what already has happened. Like a subtitles to an old silent movie. And labels are words, that we use for communication. Can you see that 'me' is just another word/ label?

I can, yes, I understand the meaning of it, but I am not detached to it permanently. I can see that as I look for me, I don't find anything, and that "me" is just another label, for something that is more vast and indefinable and not understandable by the mind. I feel the truth of it. But only right now. Soon I will be dragged down to unconsciousness again. What to do about that?

Too many cooks in the kitchen...especially as this area is one-on-one.

Looks like you have seen it, but the mind can not accept that it's that simple.
It is. That simple.
