If that's what you want ,why didn't you just tell me you wanted lessons in how to be popular and influence people ? This site is not for that, it's for recognizing that none of that exists, not reinforcing it !

And...You are "seeking" because ALL the THINKING your doing is making you NUTS !!! STOP THINKING or come up with a better story. This one sucks !

Bottom line...there is NO VLADI, there is NO ,"snack idee" ,lol, or "expecting awakening" ! These are ALL just some story you are telling that you think is you. There is NO "YOU" ! It's an illusion . Its an identity you've attached to ,that you say is YOU.

When i read that i could hear a thought go, " I am" That was oberved. I know im not creating awerness, its not something I "DO" its just there. Aware of it all, yet in that center of awerness It feels I am. Even if i dont think it, if im just in the now, It feels pesonal and that I am that center.

This questions didnt feel like they were in the right direction to be honest.

There is a thought. It is observed. If it is already being observed why the need to say, "I am" ? Observation is occuring, who is "I am" ? Can you see "I am" or are you just attaching to the thoughts by saying, "I am" ?
Can thoughts be stopped ?

Yes, there is Awareness but it is NOT personal. It observes. It is not Vladi or I am or ME. It just IS. There is no YOU. It is a story that you have nurtured and built since you were old enough to talk. Vladi is pure fiction, non existent, the lead character in "THE STORY OF VLADI". If the story of Vladi was removed or forgotten, would the body cease to exist ? Can Vladi control anything ? Or does it just appear that way ? LOOK . What do you see ?

No, I can´t see a "me", Ahh, this is hard. I get all confused here. A feeling is not me, becuse I see/feel it. But I am the one having that experience even if I cant see"Me" Thats how it feels. Just confusing here :/

I dont know if u understood med here, I heard the thought go " I, am" i didnt say it, the thought just came up. It just repsonded to the question. Thats a good one, if I lost my memory the body would go on as usual, nothing would change exept there would be no personal memory in the experience. But the me feeling would still be there I belive, just a "I dont know who I am me"

It apears that Vladi can control some things, I cant stop the thought process but i can change it to some degree.
Also it feels like I am the one who chooses wich thought to focus on.

Yes, im still having the experience that "im" Seeing thougt´s. Also I see that thougts carry energy with them. Like the last couple of days my mind has been very negative and a story about what im supposed to do with my life keeps playing. I see the thoughts but still can feel kind of down becuse the energy that comes with thinking negative keeps sticking on "me" or in my experience. So thats what I see, that feelings keep sticking in my experience.

I just get stuck in this, I feel I cant explain it. My mind just lock´s up. SO thats my experience from this question..

Its easy, for me its almost always like a silent voice. Sentencens, words being heard/seen.
Sometimes, like in memorys its pictures, transparent in a way. Becuse I can look at the world and still se the picture in my head from the memory.

First I want to make sure your expectations for Awakening are realistic, based on reality. Seeing thru illusion does NOT fix anything. There is no loud BOOM or a choir of angels telling the world Vladi saw thru the illusion ; ) the only thing you will be completely clear on is, there is NO controller, NO Vladi. Just a story. That might seem scary from your side but I can assure you, not only is it NOT scary, it is freeing ! So let go of your resistance and/or fear. Just allow it to unfold and it will, ok ?

You feel you get "stuck in" this. WHAT feels it is stuck ? Look very closely. Describe what is going on right NOW. Not what you "think" is going on but what you see with eyes and the senses.


Some thoughts may appear as "memories" . Thoughts come and go. Some are attached to some are ignored. They are NOT real even if they FEEL real. We are only interested in NOW. The NOW is the only REAl moment there is.


Ok, I'll give you an exercise. Close your eyes, be still. Take your finger and point it to ,"I". Open your eyes and Tell me where the finger is pointing.

Im mean it, i wont quit this. Ive been trying on and off for a year now and Im tired of not seeing it. So prepare ur patience dear Rita <3

Im not scared, I was a year ago when i first heard about this but thats al gone now. I just want the damn thing to be over with. I want to see and move on from there. And im not expecting a boom or angels singing, but that would be nice if it did happen :) What im expecting is some kind of a click, or a shift. A certain knowing that this is it. AAAAAaahhhh. I tell u it would be so freeing for me, becuse this is looking is on my mind several hours per day.
And to not belive in the story would also lift some weight of the shoulders. Im sure.

Well, it feels like "im" stuck, I dont get it. Mind just goes, now what. I see nothing. And a feeling in body like nothings happening.

Then i think, "Who is seeing this. Is there a me experiencing this." But nothing happens, no good answer, no clear seeing. Just the mind saying, I am. And that feeling, the sense of self is there to confirm it. To confirm that Im seeing this. It really feels like the self is looking for no self. Feeling of frustration comes up.

Ok, I'll give you an exercise. Close your eyes, be still. Take your finger and point it to ,"I". Open your eyes and Tell me where the finger is pointing.

Points to the upper chest area, But I cant really say, when I try it again its behind the eyes.
