Hello Tom,
I noticed that I was looking with the expectation that something is going to happen/something will be realized. Nothing hasn't really been realized though.
All that's been happening is awareness of experience.
To see that all that's been happening is awareness of experience is not a realization even thought nothing change?

As awareness of experience is all that is "always" happening what else could possibly happen?
No. If I am aware of it, it is my direct experience.
So where this "me", "Tom" or this separate entity?
Your experience is the essence of sensation, perception and thought.
The entity that sees is always assume, supposed but NEVER experienced.
What is the quality of "the thing" (that is not a thing) which is aware of experience?
It seems to be still and silent. I don't know what more I can say.
This stillness and silence, is a "me"?
This stillness and silence, comes from a "me"?

Good morning David!
To see that all that's been happening is awareness of experience is not a realization even thought nothing change?
Well no, that is a realization. I guess it's just overlooked because there aren't any bells and whistles or any wow moment (the belief that awakening is an extraordinary moment).
As awareness of experience is all that is "always" happening what else could possibly happen?
Not much else could happen. Anything else would not be a happening.
So where this "me", "Tom" or this separate entity?
It's in the mental field.
This stillness and silence, is a "me"?
No, it's not a me. It seems ungraspable. Without a bottom, without an end. Without anything really.
This stillness and silence, comes from a "me"?
No, I doubt that. It's hard to tell where it comes from. It's just there.

Hahahahah
Yes, the overlooking is the issue.
It is so simple and accessible that our imagination and expectation refuse to accepte it.
The more you "tune" to this "just there" - just here" the more you will taste its juice.
But it is no more about finding or losing but developing a taste and sensitivity to what is here.

In your inscription to LU you wrote:
What are you looking for at LU?
I am looking for help and guidance to realize, experientially, that the separate entity I have believed to be true is nothing more than an illusion or false belief. In other words I am looking for realization, awakening, etc.
Where are you with this intention now?
