It is for clarification .....
Re: Awakent
The experience is:
"WALKING INTO THE KITCHEN"
"WALKING INTO THE KITCHEN"
Re: Awakent
what kind of experience is it - can you see (colour/image), hear (sound), smell, taste, feel/sens (sensation) it?
and what about
Feeling...The feet
you mentioned before?
and what about
Feeling...The feet
you mentioned before?
Re: Awakent
I feel and hear my foot steps
I see the areas that I am walking past
I see the areas that I am walking past
Re: Awakent
yes!
so then is "WALKING INTO THE KITCHEN"
realy the EXPERIENCE or is it a thought/label you give these experiences (I feel and hear my foot steps,
I see the areas that I am walking past)?

Re: Awakent
The thought is "I am walking into the kitchen
but the actual experiencing is the walking.
I know that walking happens, but that is an
Intellectual knowing.

Re: Awakent
"Foot" is just a thought
Sensations are experiences
Sensations are experiences
Re: Awakent
ok,
so lets have a look back to this exercise
Sit with eyes closed.
Paying attention only to the pure sensations, without relying on thoughts or mental images:
Can it be known how tall the body is?
Does the body have a weight or volume?
In the actual experience does the body have a shape or a form?
Is there a boundary between the body and the clothing?
Is there a boundary between the body and the chair?
Is there an inside or an outside? If there is an inside - inside of what exactly?
If there is an outside, the outside of what exactly?
What does the word/label ‘body’ ACTUALLY refer to?
What is the ACTUAL experience of the body?
Does the sensation itself suggest in any way that it is a body?
or only thoughts suggests it is a body?
Look again and espacialy answer the bold question from what you find now!
