Did you see the electrical impulses?
No I didnt see any.
Everything has felt quite meaningless the past 2 days.
Like there is no meaning to anything.. everything is just happening. Like trying to find a point in life as there is no me doing anything. A bit of anxiety crept in.
Could you elaborate?

No I didnt see any.
Is it an intellectual understanding that thoughts are electrical impulses?
Like trying to find a point in life as there is no me doing anything. A bit of anxiety crept in.
What's that "life" that is supposed to have a point? What is that "point?"
Could you tell the content of that anxiety?

They just happen thats all I really know :) Ive heard they are electrical impulses.

Thats the thing there is no point there is just life happening. There is no separate life for it to happen to. The point is just a thought and doesnt belong to anyone. I guess its almost like a mourning of self. When you find out you're not something you thought you had been all your life its quite over whelming.. for me anyway.. even though there is no me. Hopefully you get me lol.
Could you tell the content of that anxiety?
Yes its the fear of the death of self.

And again, you didn’t answer one of my questions.
Is it an intellectual understanding that thoughts are electrical impulses?

It is nothing but an illusion but still a strong one after being with it for so long :) It cant live or die as it never existed in the first place... its the illusion fading away.
Opps sorry. Yes I guess so its an intellectual understanding. Having seen isnt though.

What is "illusion fading away?" Could you describe it further?
Opps sorry. Yes I guess so its an intellectual understanding. Having seen isnt though.
No, no. Don't guess. It's necessary to differentiate between seeing and
intellectual understanding.

Who I thought I was.. the self. Ive seen it for what it is. A complete illusion.

I just know that thoughts appear and they are not "mine" Ive heard they are electrical impulses. I dont know. All I know is I have seen.

I would like you to explain what "illusion fading away" is ... literally.
I just know that thoughts appear and they are not "mine" Ive heard they are electrical impulses. I dont know. All I know is I have seen.
Then, is it fair to say that the "electrical impulse" thing is not a visceral understanding?

You're sure pushing me on this :p Yes ok :) It feels like who I really am (life), has come to the forefront, How could it not, it always has been and in this realisation, the self (the illusion) is fading into the background.

Thanks! Now, could you elaborate on this? What is "fading into the background?"

The illusion of self is fading into the background. Once I saw that thats not what I was its like it has become small and insignificant.
