Hi again,

This is so frustrating. Feeling helpless. Need to complete this inquiry.

This is so frustrating.

Yep. Part of the process. Pressure has to build sometimes.

Feeling helpless.

Same as frustrating. Sometimes surrender is the answer.

Need to complete this inquiry.

Isn't everything complete in the present moment?

I don't know. Seems to be a story. It just is as it is. Neither complete nor incomplete.
Experience is always full and complete or neither nor. Only thought make it seem incomplete or lacking.
Feeling relaxation, peace.

VERY good. Enjoy that moment.

As much as possible. Losing it in daily activities apparently.

I would like some simple comment from you on a regular basis on the daily exercise of "finding where 'you' stop, and experience begins."

Sinking into being apparently. Thoughts are withdrawn.

No Line to find. Thoughts are being retracted.

Hi again,

Not getting notifications again.

No Line to find.

Thoughts are being retracted.

Please explain.

Thoughts are being retracted.

Please explain.
Thoughts are seen as illusional and dissolve. Experiencing remains. Peace remains.

Hi again,

Welcome back. How was the retreat? What would you like to look at?

Hi again,

Welcome back. How was the retreat?
hi, thanks. I have been on stationary therapy. Was quite stressful. Caused an end to the relationship with my girl partner. Feeling very sad about it. Loved her very much.
What would you like to look at?

I would like to look at anything that ends the experience of "me" as a controlling and separate doer.

Hi again,

We'll continue if you wish. But I have to tell you that is your goal is to use a non-dual inquiry to ease the suffering of what is basically a medical psychological issue is not going to work. A general rule of thumb among the non-dual teachers is that whatever mental shortcomings you come into this inquiry with, you will leave with whether successful in the inquiry or not. So please understand, if your measure of success in this inquiry is the ending of any of those issues, then your time may very well better be spent under the care of someone whose area of expertise encompasses that issue. Do you want to continue?

I think that I have enough therapeutical experience to say that I want to continue this.

Hi again,

O.K. So you have some time off from this stuff, and hopefully you've maintained the daily exercises, and maybe some of this has sunk in a little deeper. Let's review now.
What are your expectations about this, or, what do you expect to change if some realization occurs that hasn't already?

No I don`t have time off from "this stuff". It seems to be a never ending story.
I would like some simple comment from you on a regular basis on the daily exercise of "finding where 'you' stop, and experience begins."
no separation found.

Nothing will change. Truth always is and always has been.

If nothing will change, then there is nothing more for us to do. Why are you here?

Now try answering the question again on a more practical level.

I expect to be at peace with what is, not wanting a different experience than the experience now.
I expect that thoughts "lose truth" and fear, shame and guilt decrease. Being at peace with current experience.
