Hi Sandy,
Nice :-) So again, say thank you to head. Give head a hug too.
Returning to heart again, Does heart feel happy and relaxed? Ask the question again and see what comes up.
It doesn't matter if the answer is the same as before or different. Whatever heart says.

Hello Jon,
Mind snubbed on facebook, scenarios happen, frustation , anger. I think I felt heart groan slightly as though finding mind a little tedious.

Hi Sandy,
So heart is not completely happy about this? Can you ask heart why it groans at head?

Please ask head if it is doing a head trip? Wait for head to reply and tell me what head has to say about this?

Hello Jon,
Head has a mind of it's own. For example, lying in bed tired , trying to sleep, head stirs things up by causing scenarios of failed romance and heart feels pain. Focusing on heart seems to dissipate head. They are like a dysfunctional couple.
Take care, this is a very interesting exercise.

Hi Sandy,
I asked you to ask head a question.
When you said 'head enjoys doing head trips, Head wants to dominate,'. that sounds like an evaluation of the perceived intentions of head by a third party?
What you must do in this exercise is present the questions to head, or heart (I'll always say which) and listen for some kind of answer, that is all. If what you said here is exactly the answer that came back from head then fine but if it is a judgement about head or its perceived intentions then it isn't going to help.its jumping the gun and moving on too fast.
I appreciate what you said in your later post. But could you find some quiet time and ask head again?
Please ask head if it is doing a head trip? See what head says.

Hello Jon,
"Head", the elusive extension of the one who is doing the asking when it doesn't come from the heart is giggling. I(heart) will refrain from describing the scenario that it came up with. Head seems to enjoy taking head trips or can't control itself from doing so. I will talk to it throughout the day and see if what it emotes is part of it's scenario or some sort of sentiment exterior to the scenario. Head is an mercurial. Heart is more constant.

This isn't going to work. There is identification with heart as 'me' and judgement of head as 'not me'. Don't you find that sometimes there is experience of head and sometimes experience of heart or sometimes perhaps a mixture of both?

What I mean is, if head came up with a scenario then that's what it came up with. If the thought or feelings seem too private/personal feel free to PM me and we can take it from there.

Hello Jon,
I'm really tired but this is important so I will plough forward. Of course head and heart influence each other. Head causes the heart to cry. I don't think I identify with heart as self because heart doesn't have any volition. It is just sentiment. Head seemingly has volition but I know that it doesn't because it is just the voice-over and comes on and off, It isn't constant. It's inability to be controlled is what gives it this impression. I don't know what pm means.
I must sleep. Goodnight.
love
Sandy

Hi Sandy,
Thanks for posting. I think you said Tuesdays are a long haul work-wise? I understand. On those days don't feel obliged to post when you are tired.
PM is Private Message. A bit like email. I'll send you one and you will see how it works. At the top of the LU Gate screen above there is a blue bar. On that you can find an option 'view your messages' and you should find that it already says you have one new message.
Speak soon,
Jon
