Good luck with your computer. I think I found my problems in the modem.
Today I will be asking "What is real in this instant?" "Is "ME" here, where?"
Thanks

The looking is all that's needed. Great.

Remember, what SEEMS to be there isn't necessarily there. Is it?
Life...is all there is. Wonderfully ordinary, extraordinarily wonderful.

Had the chance so I took off early for a three day weekend. The weather is beautiful and supposed to get better thru the weekend.
So I spent this morning with "What is real\true in this instant?'.
I came up with "ALL" is in ceaseless motion\change. "ALL" includes
well, ALL. Even this awareness where the "I", ME, SELF" calls home.

Then what else is real and true is that this instant never changes.
It is always NOW, always\forever the PRESENT.

So then where is "I, ME, MIKE, SELF?".

Can't be in the "ALL". Because attributes of MIKE may change but MIKE
never does. MIKE is always MIKE. Can't be in the ALL because he'll be something
else straight away.

So is MIKE in the NOW? Well NOW is a state of, not a person place or thing.
Now is like wet or dry or solid or liqued.

So, there is no place for a ME to exist.

What is real\true is "ALL" is moving\changing this instant forever.
I'm still absorbing here.
Thanks

Only one reminder as you look.

Keep it experiential. Not thinking ABOUT the now, present, all or Mike.

Experiencing and looking NOW.

No Mike. Don't 'say' anything first. We're not trying to convince ourselves of a belief.

Only look, without convincing yourself to be feeling this way or that way.

What do you find then?

All it's going to take is a few moments of focused looking. Letting go of how it should feel like, just a leap into the unlnowingness.

Otherwise we can talk about it forever, and it won't help.

Come on,mike. It's not complicated, it's very simple. So simple that the mind keeps trying to complicate it!

Are you really there? Do you exist?

zen slap again, Mike!

FOCUS on your experience right now. And write what you find. That's it.

Thank you, dear Mike

Now, that is all that was happening, right? The sensations, the actions, the thoughts. Thoughts coming, hands typing. Itch happening, scratching of itch happening. Getting cup happening, drinking coffee happening. Mental pictures coming up, thoughts coming up. Feeling of happiness arising. Sensations of tiredness happening. thoughts of frustration arising. Thoughts coming, should I continue, then another thought I don't know, then I'm not giving up. Then thought of I"m really trying here.

Are YOU doing any of this? Can you find the person who was doing, feeling, thinking? LOOK for him like you would look and focus on a sensation in the body. If he can't be found, then what are you basing your "I am typing", "I am trying", etc. On just another thought?

Sensations, actions, thoughts. Who is experiancing these? Who just asked the question? "I" did. Who thought "I" did?
This experiance of the sensation of beingness. Who is having that experiance? "I AM". Who thought "I AM"? This experiance of being. Who is having this experiance? Round and around in a circle because there is no answere. A dog chasing its tail. Feeling disappointed because there is no answere.

Mike. There is an answer. No one. No one is having the experience. Experience is happening. There does not have to be an owner of experience. emotions arising. Sensations arising. Thoughts arising, including the labeling "I" thought. Experience happening. Life happening.

What happens then? The circle is seen to be created by thoughts.
Life...is all there is. Wonderfully ordinary, extraordinarily wonderful.
