Yes, Lisa kahale's videos are fine. Mostly, we don't want people confused with methods other than Deep Looking.. Pernille Damore's ten fetter videos are also good.
Moments of clear perception are good.
We're looking for that shift in perception when you can say 100% there's no separate "self."

I understand.
Another things that I discovered. During the day, when I notice a body sensation that I find unpleasant (or maybe call it contraction or tense feeling, because unpleasant is a judgment by the mind already) I try to look for a thought that is correlating with it. Usually I immediately find thoughts about the past or the future and let them pass. No pushing away, just not really be interested in them. This already makes life a little bit more peaceful, as a side effect. I am aware that this is not a shift in perception. But I just wanted to mention it.

Okay.
Mostly focus on ButtChair.
Re-read your whole thread for review.

OK
Re-read your whole thread for review.
This seems ambiguous to me. Are you asking me to re-read my thread, or did you mention that you re-read and reviewed it?

Good point. I'm suggesting that you re-read it.
Thanks,

Ok, I will re-read the whole thread.
What's the reason that you are suggesting it?

For a couple of reasons
You can see how the pointers build and expand on each other.
You can practice the same pointers over again which can often have good effects.
You may see things in a way that you did not on the first time through.
And of course, all of these are made up stories that have no meaning, really. Why did I ask you to review? I don't know. I just did.

I see. Thanks for explaining that, it makes sense. Yeah, and I get that this is the world of concepts and duality.

Okay, good.
Let me know if you have any questions or insights in reviewing this thread.
ButtChair is usually the best default pointer.

Hey,
I have been doing butt-chair every day.
I also started rereading the thread, as well as picked up "The Gateless Gatecrashers" from the beginning again.
I haven't had any new insights so far. Still, being/staying relaxed and resting in that, looking for the effortlessness is my other go-to practice besides butt-chair.

Yesterday and today, I haven't had the time to do any deliberate practicing.
I am hoping tomorrow will be better.

That is fine. Often SEEING shows up when we least expect it.

The last few days were really busy. Kid's birthday and party. I am a bit exhausted.
Finally, I did 20 min of butt-chair, today. It was hard to focus. A lot of drifting away in thoughts. There was this tense feeling throughout. Not that easy, light sensation. I tried to figure out where it was coming from. Probably from thinking and not being present.
I am still looking for a "doer" occasionally. It is quite obvious that there isn't one. It's all happing by itself. E.g. right now, there are thoughts arising, there is also following chains of thoughts, there is also typing happening. And seeing. And much more... Anyway, still there is no shift in perception. Weird.

That's okay. Trust the process & practice when you can.
