Hi Magdalena,

I've got nothing else I can really say, sorry.
You've done your bit, and I appreciate it more than I can say. The expression 'You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink' comes to mind.
I feel like there's been some movement or improved focus or some other such useless word since we started, but I can see it's up to me now. It just has to be seen in it's own sweet time, and I need to be patient. I can only keep looking, and when/if the time is right, I might see.
Yes I'm a little down about it, but as you've pointed out, it can only happen as it happens. So I'll plod on.
I'm open to advice, but I can't think of anything else I can do, or not do at the moment.
I'll keep you posted if I may ?

All the best
Jon

Hey Jonny,

Please don't be sorry. Things are as they are, right?

I can see it's up to me now.
Seriously? Is there a you there?

It just has to be seen in it's own sweet time, and I need to be patient. I can only keep looking, and when/if the time is right, I might see.
What if there’s no "time" needed at all?
Just like there is no "you" who will ever see?

You say you’ll keep looking, but what happens if you stop?

I'll keep you posted if I may ?
Please do - always good to hear from you.
Warmly,
Magdalena

One more thing.
A senior LU guide, Vince Schubert, runs a couple of zoom meetings every week free of charge to help people through the "gate". If you're interested in attending, email him for the current schedule at vinceschubert@gmail.com
Warmly,
Magdalena

HI Magdalena

Thanks for that..
It's all this 'you', 'me', 'I' stuff..
If I talk about 'Me' or 'I', there's a pointing out, that there is no 'me' or 'I'. Yet you talk to me as 'you'. And you even talk about yourself as 'I' on occasion.
You ask
What happens if you stop resisting this?
But I don't know if you're talking to illusory self, or what ever isn't illusory self. I'm guessing there must be some LU policy to not entertain any questions about this, so as not to help bolster the illusory self. But for me (and I now have no idea what 'me' that might be), I'm left more confused. I can't ask any questions without being hamstrung by the use of language.
I have no idea how I can 'LOOK' and 'SEE' if I'm immediately wrong before I even start, because 'I'm' LOOKing.
But hey, we've been through this before haven't we !
I'll shut up now and think about mailing Vince

Thanks Magdalena
:) (who's smiling? who am I smiling at ? )

Hey Jonny,

It's all this 'you', 'me', 'I' stuff..
No. It's only latching on to language as if it was more than it is - as if it was a reflection of how things are.

This endless rambling about who is seeing, who is talking, who is looking, who is confused and so on — that’s just thought setting up a puzzle that doesn’t need solving at all.

l don't know if you're talking to illusory self, or what ever isn't illusory self.
To whatever is reading these words right now.

l have no idea how I can 'LOOK' and 'SEE' if I'm immediately wrong before I even start, because 'I'm' LOOKing.
Forget "who" is looking. Just LOOK.

:)
(who's smiling? who am I smiling at ? )
Does a smile need a "who" to happen?
Or is it just this, right here, already happening? Already smiling?
Warmly,
Magdalena
