When I am looking out of the window there is the gras growing and the birds flying. And now there is no gras, there are no birds there is only the experience of colour. This feels strange.

What is to find that there is no you who exist, who experience life?

It makes sense that there is no ‘you’. But concerning subject/object it is difficult for me to accept that there is not even a body.

What is to find that there is just THIS?

It is pretty clear that future and past is thought and all there is is THIS.

It is clear that there is no you, no Gerd and everything is happening by itself.
The question: 'who is born' brings me to the question what exist. All there exists is experience. So something gets born which didn't exist before. So the conclusion is that experience gets born. But this doesn't make any sense.
There is still the question how can different experiences happen? E.g. experience of colour of gras and colour of bird. If it is not gras and bird which creates different experiences what is it then? If experience would be a thought it would be understandable because thought is just happening.

I cannot tell yet, if the search stopped.
