Hi Jeff,

Can you say with 100% certainty that the illusion of the self has been seen through EXPERIENTIALLY and not just understood on the intellectual level?

Is there a difference in how you feel since we restarted the conversation?

What has changed since the start of conversation, what hasn’t? – please talk about your feelings

Did you experience any shift in perspective, even if it didn’t last?
If yes, could you please write a bit about it?

Hi Vivien,

Yes, I can see through the illusion of self at an experiential level.
Is there a difference in how you feel since we restarted the conversation?
Yes, I don’t feel frustrated anymore. I am relaxed and go with the flow of the exercises. There is no more pressure to “figure it out”. There is no one to figure it out :)

Feelings come and go as they always have, this has stayed the same. What has changed is the feelings are less ‘sticky’. I see the thoughts for what they are, stories, they don’t represent reality and they don’t need to be believed. There is no one to believe them anyway.
Did you experience any shift in perspective, even if it didn’t last?
If yes, could you please write a bit about it?
No not a huge shift, it was more subtle, but definitely a change. I still get depressed and anxious, but I am not as attached to these feelings. I break down the raw sensations in AE and see them for what they are, they don’t carry as much weight.

Thanks
-Jeff

Hi Jeff,

Thank you for answering the questions. I showed our conversation and your recent replies to other clients to check if we missed something and if they have more questions for you, but they were happy with your replies and they confirmed that seeing through the self has happened, so there are no more questions for you.

Keep an eye out for an email notification notifying you of a PM (private message) from the forum inviting you to join our aftercare groups on Facebook. If you don't receive an email notification, you can access your PM's from the forum once you have logged in. The PM also details other resources available to you. Your username will change from green to blue which indicates that you have had the realisation of there being no separate self.

You can contact me at any time if you have any questions etc, via the forums PM system, or via Facebook if you decide to join our groups there.
