Noticing resistance is a great way of bringing yourself back to what is really happening, what is really being experienced. And something "not so pleasant" is just a label, as is "feeling bad", it doesn't have to be taken seriously, let the thought float on by - byyeee!!I also noticed the other day that when I'm sensing something 'not so pleasant', there becomes an resistance to what is. And that makes me feel bad. It was a good excercise.
Anything you would like to look at? Any doubts still simmering away? Look, sit, look, feel. Report. Any fear around this, any expectation? Bring it all out so it can be looked at for what it is :)
