Hi Sandra! Likewise, thank you for being the perfect guide. The whole process has been of great benefit and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I intend to read more of the threads as well, to get a broader perspective on the approaches and pointing tools of different guides.

Some of the insights that have developed are absolutely fascinating and somewhat novel to me.

For example; whatever particular states of mind or beliefs are present at any given time are relatively inconsequential to Realisation.

All of it arises and passes.

For the purposes of seeing things as they simply are, it is the dropping of identification with them, and belief in them, that matters.

This is obscured by the fact that the identification and belief processes are simply part of what is arising, as is any realisation.

The perspective of the separate self can't see beyond itself or get rid of itself. It only sees "self" and "other".

What "seems" to work is reality as a whole seeing the separate self from the perspective of the totality.

The totality somehow takes the perspective of the totality as it is, being everything, as it all arises and passes.

Just as it always is, whether the "self" is active or not.

The "self" process is typically neurotic and prone to suffering when it believed to be a true and permanent separate entity.

The same elements that were taken as suffering may still arise, but if identification and belief are reduced or absent, its just seen as "what is" arising and passing.

Much love, thanks, and blessings. <3
