Hi again,
Freedom is the absence of truth of thought,......
So all of these thoughts that torture you are not true.
How can there be suffering?
Isn't suffering a thought as well?
Look closely.
Take your time.

Hi again,
Life seems to pull quite strong these days. Finding just little time for inquiry exercises. Thoughts say that I need to see the truth now.
So all of these thoughts that torture you are not true.
How can there be suffering?
Thoughts that are not recognized as fictional seem to create a tremendous amount of suffering; apparently never ending.
Isn't suffering a thought as well?
Suffering is a label of a mixture of thoughts and feelings I'd say, which is a story in itself apparently.

I would like some simple comment from you on a regular basis on the daily exercise of "finding where 'you' stop, and experience begins."
No "me" found. Relaxation happening.

This is actually a story. Just apparently strong feelings and stories happening.

Hi again,
Business pulls me away again. I'll try to put something up tomorrow. I can see you are making progress by recognizing thoughts as stories that are beginning to lose their power over you. Stay with the exercises I have given you. You are doing well.

I have shown you how to be fully present in present experience and AS PRESENT EXPERIENCE. Any thought that pertains to past or future IN THIS MOMENT should be considered fictional, no matter what strong feelings come with them.
But if they come and intrude on the present moment, let them. You already see them as stories. Let them do what they will, even when painful. Trying to escape guarantees their continued return.
Stay with it.

Business pulls me away again. I'll try to put something up tomorrow.
That's fine for me. I'll stay with the given exercises. Best wishes for you.

Just experience. No separation in reality.
Thoughts containing right and wrong and being in control are seen as stories.
Do you find an actual Sebastian as anything other than a fleeting thought of separation or do you only find ongoing, persistent experience?
No Sebastian. Just persistent experience
What is more REAL. Sebastian or experience?
Sebastian is a story or label. Experience is more real.

Hi again,
Good effort in all of this. Stay with the exercises and my last post. Let it sink in. I'll return tomorrow.
Look closely.
Take your time.

Next week I am going to visit a six week stationary therapy where people will try to fix "me". This is so frustrating. Feeling helpless. Need to complete this inquiry.

Hi again,
I have thought since day one that what you seek here may be outside of what we offer, and that some traditional therapy-perhaps even including medications-might be of great benefit to you. Nevertheless, I decided to go forward with you until you either saw the empty nature of the self, or decided that that was not the solution you were looking for.
I was pleased to read that you were indeed getting traditional help, and somewhat relieved that that support would be there if our work triggered some additional issues. This process can become uncomfortable for some people some of the time.
I have never heard of that particular type of therapy, but it is certainly worth a try. If you wish to continue our work here, that is fine. If you would prefer not to that is fine too. Let me know which direction you want to go here.

I want to continue this process for sure. Seeking nothing but the end of suffering which seems to be thought created.

No limitations found

Hi again,

Good. Glad to hear it.
Seeking nothing but the end of suffering .......
The root of the problem.
"Seeking" is looking at the future.
"Suffering" is about pain enduring into the future.
Do you see a solution here?

Being present in and as present experience considering thoughts about past or future as fictional.

No "me" to find.
