Thanks for your understanding.

You have the right idea; if nobody replies to you here in a timely fashion, just go to the gate and ask for another guide. It will be fine.

Ok, I've really tried hard but I can't do the exercise. My thoughts happen so fast that keeping track of them is impossible. And trying to do so stops a lot of them anyway. My mind is usually racing. 5 different topics a second at times. Multi-tasking. All branching out into other areas. It's how I learn and get creative. It's so fast that I really can't count which ones are "me" thoughts and which ones are about other things.

I've listened to the two audios, they both make total sense.

Hoping for a guide. :)

Well, I'm back. Things resolved quicker than expected.

If you don't have a guide I'm happy to continue.

OK. If you look back at your answer above (explaining that you "can't do" the exercise), what advice would you give me?

Hey, great that you're back!

What advice would I give you? Hmm... not sure. Maybe just observe thoughts and learn which ones are related to myself and which ones are related to other things, without trying to count them. Just get a sense and awareness of how my mind works.

I am stumped about how to continue. Also, I wil be away for more than a week starting in a few days.

I suggest we stop here and you apply for another guide at the gate.

Good luck.

Is there a guide available?

Postby SimonStark » Fri Aug 21, 2015 2:28 pm

Hello,

My guide Armstrong suggested that I ask for a new guide. Can someone take over?

Thanks.

Simon

Ok, good.

Have you seen that Simon is a fictional character yet?

Good. :)

And have you seen that you are not this fictional character known as Simon?
