1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?
No there's no separate entity "self", "me" or "I". "I" only exist in a thought, and there are stories about "I" but it is still a thoughts. There was never an "I" or separate entity in the first place, the family/social culture was influence to give a name/identification to communicate, after years of habit identifying with it the entity seem real and accepted to be true.
2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.
Everything just flows, there's events happened but it does not happen to know one, in other words anything happens in life is not personal. There's a body moves around, thought arises but there no one happening to, it just a process of life expressing itself in different forms.
3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.
It gives a relief knowing life is not personal, anything happens to "me" "I" is okay, it doesn't exist in the first place so no need to stress about anything. There's less fear what's going to happen and less anxiety about the future which in reality doesn't exist also, is that great. It's kinda living more present so called "in the now".
4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?
Well, when "I" really sat down and look for this entity "I" "me", and when "I" kept looking and looking there's an assumption "I" "me" feels so real, but when ACTUALLY look, its not there, it cant be found, it seems strange at first, living life and knowing someone is looking through two eyes but it turn's out no one is looking thought the two eyes. Seeing is just seeing but there's no seer.
Another bit that pushed me over is that thoughts arise after something happens, even when making a description about something, seeing, hearing happens first then thought labels about what's going on, how interesting, wow it just wow.
5) Do you decide, intend, choose, control events in Life? Do you make anything happen? Give examples from your experience.
There's no "me" that makes anything happen, body does what it needs to do, everything feels like on autopilot, even social interaction happens thoughts arise, taking happens but there's no talker.
6) Anything to add?
Thank you so much for guiding "me", "I" am very grateful.
I have one more question. How has this process worked for you?
Writing it and actually talking to person about it help a lot. If I did it by "myself" I wouldn't write down my findings and once I did, it seem easy to understand when actually put your thoughts down and the question pointers really help a lot too.
What amazing thing this community is doing. This should be advertised on television; it would really wake people up from illusion.
