Just checking in. All is well.

Feeling very neutral. Seeing thoughts in real time. Not too concerned with them anymore, unless there's some feeling associated with a thought. There's a lot of presence. I am noticing when there's a tendency to distract. There's still that tone of expectation. I'm aware of it. I know I can't force the hand of reality. So I rest in whatever appears.

I can see conceptually that there's no separate self outside of thoughts but there is still the feeling of a center. It feels like I am at the center of experience. So I just stay alert and relaxed.

Yes, there is only sensation.
I cannot find an "i" when I inquire. The question doesn't land anywhere. Also, like when you said, how does it feel when you tell a lie, if I say that there is a self there is a contraction in the chest compared to if I say there is no self. The self is thoughts. It's there when I bounce back into my head. So I guess it's that period of instability of clarity.
