Who knows!?! I don't. Certainly not Claudia. It feels like nobody really.

Things triggering things.. sensations reacting to sensations. It feels like energies within / outside of what is in a biological sense the body. But the body has no lines / end or beginning really.

It's been a fools game really.

Thoughts are happening, conversations like a wheel, but there’s less grip for it to stick… it kind of runs into nothing.

For most part it’s like this: Like one thought may pop up and before that would lead down a whole path of stories and inner dialog and this is not happening anymore… the thought comes and usually kinda dies… goes and no reaction to it happens.

Same in conversations, there’s no need to act upon something that before was taken as a provocation. it’s just fine. The conversation stays with whatever is (e.g. making dinner and not defending a self that’s not really there).

Back to the thoughts, it just feels like the wheel is still turning and I‘m convinced there will still be grip for it and that seems ok. Stuff or identifications that need to be looked at closer?

Not sure I’m explaining this clearly.

Is there "a me" or only How Oneness appear as...?
Is there a time in Oneness?

Notice the knowing/awareness of the experience in this very moment.
Is that knowing/awareness personal, by accident or this is eternally here/you?God ?
Notice the visual field+ thoughts+sensations+sounds - are these known?
Does the knowing is what is known (I mean experiences wich are constantly changing?)
Or knowing is not influence by any experience? ( life or absent of life experience during the sleep)?
Now you can rest as awareness/knowing of everything!
God and your paradise, private machine for fulfilment your desire of experiences.

If it was by accident, that would probably be a believe, no? If it was external, there would be internal, then we are in duality? :)

Yes, they do feel known. They are just there, though. I don't really know by whom they are known. It feels like mystery. Is it likely to ever know?

Is the knowing the experience? Is that what you mean? The knowing doesn't appear separate to the experience in my experience.

I think I meant that more as a rhetorical question. If you have external, it implies you have internal and then you have opposites. And in non-duality you have not opposites.
There's no boundaries. :) They are made up by the mind.

Sure!

Yes and no, at times there is still that feeling of identification. it's not entirely gone. it does feel different, let me try to describe it: I feel more the sensations of the body and there's more presence with the energies, the tingling, flow and tugs and sometimes there's identification with it. A doer still appears, but there's less a struggle with it than before.

that there is a time?

I don't think I would have said this is timeless but maybe it's a wording thing... but there's the awareness that anything outside of now is just an illusion and in experience thats kind of clear to. There's still the need to plan and review/reflect things of the past for the practical purpose of living and to be able to do my job. But it has kind of become a different meaning as in it's done more consciously. Outside of that thoughts about past and future are more just thoughts... the "now" has become more the focus.

There's that gentle feeling of being save and carried in a way, a feeling of love or friendliness. I may not be through some kind of gate but something is unfolding. There's less doubt at this stage and less struggling when identification comes up. Let's see how it goes.

Live is full of mystery and I am sitting here with another full blown cold but there's joy for this process and curiosity.

Dear Lubo

Thank you. I think without honesty this process wouldn't work. In the end I'd lie only to myself... I have the experience I have and sometimes it's clear and sometimes not. And that's the truth and probably the way life is. It's an odd place to be in, however.
I will do what you suggest (I've been doing that) and report back.
